Thai Naan — Restaurant in Snohomish

Two and a half hour wait time while dining in. Asked for main dishes to go due to long wait time and they wanted to charge $7 extra dollars per container fee. Extra charges for thai ice tea cup to go, condiments while dining in, soy sauce, garlic garnish, and 2nd 1/2 of sweet and sour sauce missing from appetizers. Waitress with chain choker scar was extremely rude while we waited and looked like she was going to hurt my kid when we were discussing the new extra charges she wanted to add to bill. I sent him out of the restaurant for his safety. Paid cash for appetizer and thai ice tea we consumed. Left thai ice tea behind due to container fee. Refused to pay an extra 7 dollar per item for containers on untouched items. I also refused to pay for untouched soup which smelled unsanitary. Horrible restaurant. Went on a lunch date here - we tried a couple of the lunch combos. They are about $17 each. Most are Pad Thai with another dish, we had red curry and garlic chicken respectively. Combos startwith a small cup of soup. The servings are not huge, but adequate. The Pad Thai was quite sweet and the noodles were over cooked...a bit mushy. They must cook a large batch for the lunch crowd. It was also plain, lacking any other notes besides sweet. Our chicken dishes were rather lackluster as well, lacking complexity. My food was not terribly hot either, which is disappointing. We started with Chicken Satay - extremely dry, stringy and lacking much flavor. I wouldn't recommend this if you're craving Thai food nor would I choose it if hanging out in the antiques district. There are a lot of restaurants here that are better and other, better Thai...

I had been a regular since I found this restaurant last year. As a person from Southeast Asia with not much restaurants of my own country, the food from my neighboring country of Thailand had been a lifesaver. I had liked everything I ordered from here.

Dishes highlight: Pad Thai, Panang Curry & Swimming Rama Also my favorite Pad Thai flavor in all of Snohomish County.

All the people at the stores were always nice too! They had always created a welcoming and cozy space.

I had order dine-in, take-out and delivery but fine in is still my favorite. I always feel like the portion is smaller in takeout boxes although I am actually sure if it's really.

Delivery felt a little weird and I did not like the service of the driver but he's someone I never see when I order the two other ways so I guess I am good as long as I never order...
