iFixandRepair - Somerdale Walmart — Attraction in Somerdale

Only giving 1 star so I can post my review. Only deserve 0 star. I took my phone to get estimate on a phone screen yesterday. The gentleman took off the encasement in front me but took the phone behind the counter and I could not see what he was doing with my phone. He gave it back with an estimate. I told him I would get back to him and put the phone in my case. When I got home my phone rang , I answered it and noticed my screen protector was crushed in the corner. I pulled off the protector to see my phone was severely cracked. I immediately got in my car to address the issue. When I got there the store was closed. I spoke to Walmart salesperson who took a picture with my phone of the information on the door to call them. I went back today the gentleman denied he cracked my phone he said it was impossible. Well I didn't do it and he was the only one to touch my phone. I ask for his manager name and phone number he refuse to give me that information. He asked why didn't I come back yesterday. I told him I did and showed him the picture taken of his door with date and time. I am not trying to get over on anyone I can afford to replace the screen. But when you take your phone to someone for an estimate it should have been given back in the same condition . This was a devastating experience, something not wish on anyone . Took my phone here in lieu of the Apple Store after dropping it multiple times and finally putting it on its last leg well past the warranty date. The guy who works there is professional and willing to work with you on the price depending on what the issue is. They also sell various cases, screen protectors, chargers, etc. After fixing my screen I took it home and the sensor must have been busted because I had to literally pound on the screen with my finger to get anything to register. I took it back and the employee apologized and hastily replaced the screen with one that functions beautifully. All in all I’m very happy with the service I received here. I went to this shop, because my phone screen was broken.They fixed my phone so fast and very well. And they charge repairing cost so less & reasonable. Now I am using my phone without any issues.
