GameStop — Attraction in Somerset

I just want to say in the past I have loved this game stop, in the past few years it's really gone down hill so I was worried about going in with my problem. HOWEVER the employees that are wete currently working the two men that helped me was amazing. I only caught one of the names, Jacob, but the other was just as helpful. On to the 3 stars. The manager. Jesus christ. They are actively helping me and he comes out to ask them what they are doing and seemed annoyed they were. I hear him yelling through the walls. If all you have to do it stare at a computer screen to watch your employees, maybe clean something. You can also ask if they need help if you see two people trying to help someone. I've been a manager before and the way they seemed worried to learn(one guy knew something the other didnt) was upsetting. I know managers come and go alot so I hope the employees stick around long enough...

Not to bad for buying, but horrible for returns. Bought ps3 cord for nephew's system. Turns out the cords weren't needed, the system was messed up. I live 45 minutes from gamestop, in the next town over, so I don't make it there often. I took the cords, repackaged and with the receipt, to return or exchange for something I could use and was told they were unable to take them back bc it was past 30 days, but they would buy them back from me for $2. Wow. I paid $20 originally on April 14, 2017 and made it to return them May 24, 2017, so since it had been 40 days I could either take an $18 loss or keep unneeded cords. Thanks Gamestop! I will do...

The staff was extremely helpful. I have no idea about anything video game related. I was Christmas shopping for my son and I was obviously lost. I asked one of the workers to help because I had something specific I was looking for, and I didn't know where to even start to look to find it. They looked on the computer, then they even went and got it for me. I am so thankful for nice employees who are willing to help me, because I have dealt with a few before at different locations that were very rude. I appreciate the help and kindness very much. Would highly recommend...
