Having a large scale Christmas Dinner I needed pork shoulder slice very thin for Tacos Al Pastor. I called a week ahead and was assured I could just walk in. I called 2 days before and was told to put my order in the day of "theyll take care of me no problem". I call 6 hours before put in my order and I'm told everything will be there at the counter.
