Me and my girlfriend went in to look around the store, we were amazed by how completely rude the staff was, we first wanted to look at the games(which you need to ask to see) and we finally got someone to take them from behind the counter he slamed them in front of us and walked away! We later wanted to look at the wii console behind the counter and when we asked the 4 employees they ignored us for approximately 15 minutes and when we were helped they were just as rude as the first time. The older gentleman at the front counter was the rudest of all. He was scanning objects to put away but he literally had no line and we stood for over 15 minutes waiting to get the Wii and another 10 on line (we were the only people waiting!). He kept looking at us and not helping us as if we were just gonna put our items down and go away. I understand there are things to do besides helping customers but the customer should come first always and we shouldnt be made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome by staff....

It took several minutes to find the lone worker at the donation area, and I had to wait in line several minutes at the check out, primarily as customers tried to bargain with the sales clerk over the prices. One couple bought $19.40 worth of clothes and a small tricycle and tried to bargain it down to $15! Really??!!! Where can you buy a dozen blouses and a tricycle for your kid for about $20? And you want to bargain it down further? The Salvation Army uses the money raised as their thrift stores to fund their social programs. Don't try to...

My companion picked up one of the chachkis near the register, of which there were many, only to be reprimanded by an unneededly angry manager. Who knew it was her own little nest? (I thought since it was a store stuff was, yk, for sale.)
Took one trip and haven't bothered since. Maybe they need a closer look by Salvation Army leaders/corporate. Got a STRONG impression that most of the staff was annoyed by the mere existance...
