We were discouraged by the line to the end of the sidewalk when we arrived and finally got inside to the registers inside @845. Furthermore many parents drop their kids off and allow the children to find their friends further up in the line and cut in front, there are no barriers to prevent doing this. We purchased our tickets online which were supposed to include two slices of pizza and a soft drink, we had to speak with a manager to honor this- we were told they no longer support this offer but failed to update their website. We did not purchase sticky socks which I HIGHLY recommend to PREVENT INJURIES-It shouldn’t even be an option honestly! Safety should be a MAIN concern here, and children should not be running some of the stations- especially the ones that require the personnel to snap your harnesses securely and make sure they are secure to prevent falls, the young male that was doing this on the ropes&bridges this past Saturday -Management-was preoccupied trying to pick up girls and discussing what they were going to do after work or on another occasion and asking one girl to go get him some food from an outside location. Not all of the stations are staffed. With the high volume of traffic we finally got inside the facility 45 minutes after the Cosmic opening time (from 8-11) we demanded a money return of some short but made it simple by accepting the socks as a trade out as suggested by ourselves. If you purchase your tickets online you should be able to enter ahead of the other guests in a separate line to escalate the process. In addition to the tickets there is a waiver online I guess it is in a separate section because it is not suggested to *fill these waivers* out when you purchase your tickets online; the staff goes through the line and asks if you have filled out the waiver if you have not, you are directed to do so on your phones or lose your place in line to visit the computers inside of which there are only three. I saw three grown adults working in the entire facility, the place is completely chaotic, there is no order of any sort. The one girl who was working the jousting station was being bumped around by two small children taking foam cubes out of the pit and throwing them at each other‘s head but she was too busy to correct the situation with her water bottle. The cafeteria is a complete filthy disaster, there is trash everywhere and no one to clean it up. Same for the restroom-go back and get your shoes and use w/caution!Apparently everyone thinks their mother works there. There is a small line barricade for the cafe, but again no order to enforce it and kids will cut in front of you in large spread out groups, they bump into you and use foul language with no acknowledgement. The group in front of me was constantly on Snapchat sending pictures have children they knew( I’m assuming vis the gossip) that had been in fights with black eyes and taking multiple selfies- they bumped into us multiple times and never said excuse me or sorry. If you ever want to get a display of what our children are being raised around today-Go visit this place! If you never thought that you would have animosity towards a child, these kids will change your mind in a heartbeat! I was a rough kid when I grew up and still loud & boisterous but never to this degree!! There are kids with their giant busts popping out in skimpy shorts showing their cheeks and nails as long as toothpicks! I’m glad we went with my daughter, we definitely won’t be returning. I want to say “what are you letting your kids get away with?? SOME OF YOU PARENTS NEED TO MAN THE F*** UP! Your kids and what they grow up to be it will be a DISAPPOINTMENT &DISGRACE to the rest of us and many already are! Many of the girls I saw I would bet will be a mother before they’re 16-18 I’m not sorry for being so harsh—-that’s what’s wrong with the world today everybody deserves that they believe in entitlement, I believe in honesty and customer service! If the proper staff were facilitated, it could be a great place with all they have to offer.

Big Air Trampoline Park: A Thrilling Adventure for All Ages

Big Air Trampoline Park is a dynamic, high-energy entertainment venue that has rapidly gained popularity across the United States and internationally. Offering a variety of exciting activities that appeal to people of all ages, these parks provide a fun and engaging environment where individuals can jump, flip, and play in ways that traditional recreational spaces cannot match. From fitness enthusiasts to families seeking a day of excitement, Big Air Trampoline Parks offer a unique combination of thrills, exercise, and social engagement.

The Evolution of Trampoline Parks

The concept of trampoline parks dates back to the early 2000s when the idea of using interconnected trampolines in a large indoor space first gained traction. Over time, these parks have expanded beyond just trampolines to include a variety of activities such as obstacle courses, foam pits, dodgeball arenas, and even climbing walls. Big Air Trampoline Park, which first opened its doors in 2015, is part of this growing trend. Since its inception, Big Air has distinguished itself by offering a well-rounded experience that incorporates fun with fitness and social interaction. The brand's focus on innovation and customer satisfaction has made it a standout in the trampoline park industry.

Activities and Attractions

Big Air Trampoline Parks are much more than just a collection of trampolines. They provide a vast array of attractions designed to appeal to a wide range of interests. Some of the most popular activities include: explore and enjoy, with soft surfaces and age-appropriate equipment. Special Events and Parties: Big Air Trampoline Parks also specialize in hosting birthday parties, group events, and corporate outings. With customizable party packages that include jump time, pizza, and party rooms, they offer a memorable experience for any occasion. Special events like themed nights and competitions also add to the excitement, creating an atmosphere where people can bond and have fun together. Health and Fitness Benefits

Additionally, Big Air Trampoline Parks offer fitness classes that combine fun with health. Trampoline aerobics or fitness programs are a great way to engage in a high-intensity workout while enjoying the thrill of bouncing. These programs can help participants burn calories while improving core strength and muscle tone, making them ideal for those looking for an exciting alternative to traditional fitness regimens.

Safety Measures

Safety is a top priority at Big Air Trampoline Parks, and the company has implemented a range of precautions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. All trampolines are regularly inspected for damage, and staff members are trained to provide assistance and supervision when necessary. Additionally, visitors are required to sign waivers before using the park, and safety rules such as age-appropriate areas and maximum weight limits are enforced. Protective padding and foam pits help cushion falls, reducing the risk of injury. Staff members are also stationed throughout the park to ensure that everyone adheres to the rules and remains safe while having fun.

Conclusion

Big Air Trampoline Park is a thrilling, multifaceted recreational space that brings joy and excitement to individuals of all ages. With a wide range of activities, including open jump zones, dodgeball, ninja obstacle courses, and foam pits, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Beyond just entertainment, trampoline parks like Big Air also offer numerous health benefits, making it an attractive option for those looking to stay active while having fun. We hosted a birthday party here yesterday and were extremely disappointed in the staff and manager. We have hosted several parties at this location over the years and have never experienced such unprofessional and rude behavior. When entering the building we were passed off to others twice to check in as some seemed confused on how to check in a party. With children/parents checking in it is hard to keep track of who actually checked in and who decided not to honor their RSVP. I told them I think I will need to pay for one additional jumper so please let me know if we have reached our alloted party guests. I asked THREE TIMES! At the last guest I was told no ma'am you're fine you do not owe anything. We continued with our party (The jump zones should be monitored better as older kids were throwing, punching, and pushing our kids causing one to have marks bruised all over his forhead.) When at the close of the party I let them know my daughter never received her selected gift and guests didn't get their scratch card. They said "yeah it gets busy in here and we forget. I guess you can just have the scratch cards." Again checked to make sure we were all paid up, thanked them, and left. My husband got a call once we were home demanding "you better come back here right now and pay for 2 of your guests. It better be done tonight." Then he hung up on my husband. The manager called and when I explained I checked several times and we had no issues paying for the extra guest she was rude and treated us as if we intentionally tried to get out of paying. After giving this company a couple thousand dollars over the last 2 years for parties for our 4 children I can say we will NEVER make this mistake again. As a manager in customer service I would have never allowed my employee or myself to speak to a customer the way we were...
