After spending a considerable amount of time reviewing bandsaws on the internet I found that woodcraft in Greenville SC sold the brand I had chosen. I was pleased to see that they had in it stock even though they made the usual comments about âprice increasesâ and eluded to âmay not be here very long tactics.â I started asking technical questions and David openly said, âI donât know much about the machineâ and stated that they all are very similar therefore thatâs it. I had to leave for an appointment and was very confused. I preceded to do more research on my own and decided to purchase ($2000.00) the machine the next day. Went in the following day and paid half down and came back the next day to pick it up. I was extremely excited about the purchase. Two very helpful employees hand trucked the machine to my truck. Then David came out and aggressively said, âdonât load the machine until he pays the balance.â He acted as if I was trying to steal it! I went inside to pay the balance and wanted to purchase blades for the machine. As I mentioned the blades he said, âtake out your card I can only do one transaction at a timeâ with an attitude! Needless to say I passed on the blades and left with the machine feeling very confused with the treatment I just endured. My next large purchase was a lathe and will definitely not be doing business with this poorly...

Lift had marks where router was installed and saw dust was on all the threaded rods. I was told that another one could be ordered which would be about three weeks. The lift was put back in box and taped up to return to the shelf. As I was checking out I learned the owner was onsite so I asked if I could speak with him. When an employee walked to the back to ask him to speak to to me he said he doesnât have time loud enough that I heard it. The employee pressed and he came to the front. He was very agitated and short with me. I told him that all I wanted to to was to notify him that the lift was on the shelf to be sold as new but it was used. He smarted off and was very rude. I left the store and will not be back. Itâs not right to sell used items as new at top shelf prices, but treating paying customers like he treated me was...
