Update! I barely received an email from their "escalations team", just stating they are trying to call me. Regardless, I sold my A/C on Craigslist to recover some of my money I lost for the product I did not need. The worse customer service I've ever experienced .They rather keep my $400 than accept my return during a pandemic. If there is a resolution anytime soon I will update. I have had this account for a few years. I rarely use it. I do want to pay them off and close my account. I have a great history with on time payments etc, but I rather use a business with some better policies and products**"""""""""""Buyer beware! Cheap products/appliances are final sale. The cashiers do not verbally communicate this. It's not good customer service. I am closing my account because I am stuck with an A/C I do not find useful. Go to Best Buy or Walmart.
Update- I received this generic reply a few weeks ago regarding my review. I emailed the escalation address below, no reply. I called the # below, transferred back to the store. So again, not helpful and my dissatisfaction is not important. Shop elsewhere!!!!!

*Update- Mr. Ortega with escalations assisted me with resolving the issue. He states going forward cashiers will verbally communicate with customers that product is " final sale" . He assisted me with great customer service. I wish I would have spoken with him 2 months ago. I was credited a portion of my purchase ( since I sold it) and credited my finance charge within a few days of speaking with him. I think it is fair and appreciate him following up with me as he promised and all my concerns were addressed in a professional caring way. Read moreA couple of days ago I went with the intention of buying some sunglasses and the truth is that the attention from the girls left a lot to be desired, first I was standing in front of the counter for almost 10 minutes looking for someone to help me and the three ladies who were there They totally ignored me, I went up to one of them who was in the perfume stall, I greeted her and asked her about the sunglasses, first she completely ignored me, when I asked her again she turned to look at me with disdain and only told me that she was busy, that there were other ladies who could help me, of the other 2 ladies, one of them was only standing in front of the mirror looking at herself and combing her hair with her hands, I approached her and asked her if she could help me and she only told me that she was busy (because combing your hair with your hands is more important than customers apparently) and I call a third lady who for a change with a very bad face and bad attitude opened the glasses rack, I asked her a couple of questions about the glasses and asked her a suggestion to choose one and the way he responded made me totally unwilling to be in that place, it seemed that he was not interested in selling anything, I just thanked him for his time and left. The truth is that I no longer have the slightest intention of going back to a store that provides that type of service to customers and I’m even thinking of canceling the account. The salesman I believe his name is Jose if not I will edit this review to correct the name didn’t charge me for the 2 piece set that I wanted and only charged me for one of the pieces. Oh and to make it worse he kept nagging me to apply for credit which I did and it was a long annoying process only to give me the lowest approval amount I’ve ever received of $2. The delivery people insisted that we accept the piece and said we could go to the store to get the other one.
When I went to the store to get the other piece, they said they could not sell me the extra piece at the promo price and told me to call customer service on Monday.
I was on hold for 1 hour only to be told this location did not have the other piece in stock anymore and that I have to go to the store to resolve the issue. I spoke to Eddie and he let me know the style was no longer in stock and they weren’t getting a restock until 2024 and offered the option to return what we had and pick another but I did not like any of the styles so I requested a return. Thankfully Eddie set up the pickup properly. I’m not looking forward to seeing the incurring charges from this purchase gone wrong on my credit line.
