Movita Juice Bar — Restaurant in South Gate

This is the second time I visit before work (7:15am) where they have me standing there waiting to take my order & no one acknowledges me for over 5 mins. Today, one of the 2 female employees acknowledged me after 5 mins & then still took another 2 mins to take my order. The whole time they were cleaning & what I’m assuming making to go orders since there were only 2 other customers waiting for their order. I understand this completely, but acknowledge your customers & tell them you’ll be right with them. I pay about 12 bucks for my smoothie so that’s the least they can do.

Also, the last 2 times I have visited, I have gotten a slushy type smoothie. Which I didn’t want to complain about so I just drank. Today, I did ask for them to not make it too icy like a slushy & they did get that right.

My first time trying the juices, I ordered MR STRAWBERRY. It was so good, I will be ordering more. Theres 2 downsides, one was that I came in and the girl that was in there at 9:20 ish p.m has no customer service. Didn’t say a word to me, I gave her my name for pick up and just handed my drink. If you don’t like working there why represent the business by working there. The other problem was that when I was sipping on my drink I felt something, thinking it was a piece of fruit but it wasn’t it felt odd and removed it from my mouth and it was a piece of plastic. How?? It wasn’t from the covered plastic lid it was a different type of plastic. Will be buying these juices just not from this location. The other employees were coming in from taking out the trash. I used to like coming here but there's one person in specific that made me not one to come here. The worker named Nathalie is so rude. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. I went in with my sister in the morning. She keep rushing through the order and there was no one but us in line. I asked her to repeat what she asked because I didn't understand her and she said nevermind if that was all. Super rude!
