I went today 7/11/2021 I ordered and went to pay and the worker attending the cashier was ADNREW. He rings me up my total is $30 I try to pay with my 100 dollar bill and he automatically tells me there is no change doesn’t check the register or anything. I told him this is all I had and if he could check how much change he has. He refused and was not trying to find a solution at all. I guess the manager heard us going back and forth because she came over and told him there was actually enough change. He looked mad and grabbed my bill took it to one of the cooks to check it the cook said it was good and he came back and proceeded to check it again in my face and then he checked it a second time it was very weird and uncomfortable. I was just trying to pay for my food and be gone but instead I got held up for an extra 10 min by ANDREW. Once I paid he didn’t say thank you or have a good day extremely low standards on customer service towards paying customers. I will not be returning to this locations maybe they will learn to appreciate their customers a little more. And by the looks of the previous reviews on this establishment poor customer service is...
Read moreI usually don't visit this particular location but maybe once every 2 months if that. Today, I realized WHY I don't come here too often. First, the employees are friendly, but not AS FRIENDLY as other locations. For being Sunday, it was not too busy...maybe 4 tables being used at 2:00pm. Tha Orange Chicken was not cooked thoroughly, even a bit cold and dry from several pieces. But, what got to me was the girl sweeping the restaurant. As someone else walked in to order, she hastily walked towards her to help(great, I thought). But, she used the towel she had just cleaned some tables with to wipe her hands from the contaminants of the broom and dust pan. She served the customer, then went ahead and cleaned other tables with the same towel once again. 🤔🤔🤔 I don't know, but washing one's hands after sweeping would work well for me. And if anything, well I would have used a new towel to continue cleaning(sanitizing) tables. But, that's just MY Opinion. Good luck everyone. I'm going back to my REGULAR Panda...
Read moreReally Bad customer service from Diana H (cashier) on 12/16/18. First of all I ordered what I wanted, AFTER she charged me she says I have to wait 2 min which she didn't tell me as I was ordering . I said cool that aint a problem. After the 10 minute I ask how much longer would it take to get my food? She says "its ready!!" With an attitude like if I was rushing her... she never apologized for the wait or anything.. very unprofessional... to top it off she never asked or gave any condiments, fork, napkins etc, as plain as it can get... I HOPE SOME ONE TAKES ACTION AND TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES BEFORE BEING HIRED. TOTALLY NOT COMING...
