Terrible customer service!!! My husband and I were standing for 30mins and no one offer to help us but 2 other couples came after us and they rush to help them and when we ask for help the lady that was on her phone got an attitude because we stop her from being on her phone during working hrs and was so rude and told us what we were buying was $90, like if we couldn't pay I felt so disrespected and to top it all off she helped another couple when they came after we did. I was attending my two nieces birthdays at Kids Empire when I was approached by a Security Officer Mr Juan. He advised me that my car door was left open. He told me that after checking on the security camera he was able to determine the car belonged to me. I am extremely grateful for Officer Juan's vigilance and professionalism. I was very impressed on how he was able to utilize his surveillance equipment to find me. Officer Juan was kind enough to escort me to my car to ensure everything was intact. I came from Arizona to visit family members, after couples days me and my girlfriend decided to check out this place despite the bad reviews so we wanted to check it out and give it a shot, we went at the time they open the door was close and a lady was hanging out some clothes in the hanger, she obviously saw us through the window she just looked at us and then ignored us, I am not angry or mad because of that I just felt bad because she didn't even told us if it was close or open so ended up no going inside.
