This was unfortunate. I usually stop at this GNC on my way home when I don’t have time to order my supplements directly from the vendor which was the case this week. I placed an order online for same day pick up and when I placed my order it said it would be ready anywhere from 2pm-7pm as the store closed at 7pm and my order was placed before 2. I only submitted my online order because I was offered an additional 10% off for doing the online order with in store pick up.
I stopped in the shop shortly after 6pm. I entered just after another customer who went to look at supplements so I went to the counter. I told the employee I was there for an online order pickup. She said she had one ready and grabbed the bag however the bag was much too small to be my order. Which was what I said. I also asked her if she could look my order up because maybe she hadn’t seen it yet. She did not move from where she stood and she claimed she was looking at the orders. I asked if I could give her the order number to cancel it then as I see what I ordered right there on the shelves and I’d just buy it. She said no I would have to call customer service. So I walked out empty handed. I proceeded to go online in the parking lot and try to call customer service which had now closed as it was 6:11pm and they are on EST.
Imagine my surprise when I opened my email to find at 6:11pm my online order had been canceled due to no stock🤯😤 I literally just saw the two items I ordered stocked on the shelves with multiples of each.
I called the store multiple times to get the employees name. No one answered. I called again the next day, again no answer. However, within minutes my phone rang and it was GNC saying they saw my missed call and offered to assist, I was only looking for the name of the woman who worked the closing shift the day before, I was informed her name is Susan

Read moreProbably some of the worst service I’ve had at a GNC. Two young gals working together, we’re sitting on the counter just chatting before I walked in. No other customers were there. I said “hi, how are you guys doin’??” And they just said “good” and left it there. I went to look for some whey isolate and creatine and kept looking and looking… kind of hoping either I’d find it or one of the employees would help me…. Neither of them asked how I was, or if there was anything they could help me find. They pretended like they were busy with an order, and then acted annoyed when I finally asked where the creatine was. I felt so uncomfortable and anxious in this store lol.
