KFC — Restaurant in Washington

Well I i wish I could make this a quick Review unfortunately I cannot. Went here on 8-22-25 and head excellent service. I couldn't even get my drink filled inside before my food was being served to me. Today on 8-24-25 i went and was met with the unfortunate sign on the door with "staffing.Problems only drive through open only.". I thought, okay, I want some KFC. Taco Bell, so I waited in the drive through for approximately 7 to 10 minutes. Put my order in and was promptly served with hardly.No wait. I started to pull out and my daughter asked if I had all the food. I said I hope so because the lobby's not open and i'm not waiting ten minutes to get my order, right. Well, I guess I should have waited in line again..... My order was not complete. And I missed dinner fed my family but now i'm hungry. That means that they also have my money that I paid for the extra food that I didn't get. In a situation like this, I wonder how many others we're done the same way and how much money they made on other people not getting their food..... Seems just a little fishy. If you're going to have only one open, I think you should be able to run the drive through at a hundred percent if not not a hundred and ten percent. On the twenty second I would have given five stars all the way through today.They're lucky to get any.. But I'll definitely go back and try again. Better luck to...

Agree with previous post, can we get some fresh food please, nothing was hot, food was barely luke warm, bagger little girl had a snobby attitude, wedges were cold and harder than I've ever seen, horrible experience, the KFC by my job in Burien puts this one to shame, that one always has fresh food and greets you respectfully and not snobby or rude like this one, I told them about how bad this one is on Meridian by my house, after avoiding them for so long I decide to give them a chance to see if they stepped their game up and NOPE, seems like they hire a bunch of young kids who don't care about proper customer service or providing quality fresh food, they treat you like you're a burden and all they care about is getting off work asap, such a terrible experience, no surprise I see other comments expressing the same, I'll be avoiding once again, and will be going to Popeyes in the meantime

We ordered the famous bowl with gravy on the side but apparently that means you don't get chicken either. We called to let them know they didn't give us chicken and they said we were lying because their "best person" was working and they wouldn't make a mistake. We asked to talk to the manager and spoke with Jarred who was extremely rude and also didn't believe us. He told us we need to drive back there (20 mins from us) and prove it to him. This is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED and it's rediculous they don't think their employee would never make a mistake especially since this isn't the first time. I ordered the same thing previously and it was missing corn so I went to the counter to show them and they didn't believe me even though it was right in front of them. They said "there must be some in there somewhere". I had to actually prove it to them by moving the food in the bowl around. They finally grabbed a container of corn and dumped some in but still treated me like I did something wrong. Do not eat here unless you like paying for food and...
