Sleep Number — Hotel in South Hill

We had our first sleep number bed in 2005 and I loved it. A few months ago we purchased another one and this is the most uncomfortable bed ever. When I adjust the number I should feel a difference. My spouse has troubleshoot the bed numerous times and nothing. I'm disappointed and wish we never made this purchase. This bed is nothing like the one we laid on at the store. The 2 stars is only because customer service was decent.

EDIT: I called the customer support provided. It turned out we needed a new pump. Sleep Number had there tech guys come swap the pump and verify that it was working properly. I'm happy and now my bed is comfortable. Thank you for the prompt service and fixing this issue. I recently visited the Sleep Number store to help my grandma purchase a new mattress, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! Deb was an awesome associate. She knew all about the products and was very excited to show us what we would be getting even relating back to own personal experience. She was knowledgeable and patient. The financing portion wasn't even difficult to get through. My one star taken off is from her other associates. They seem to walk all over her even though she was clearly making a sell. One woman literally came up and asked us to finish quick on a bed we were demoing because her clients wanted to check it out again. Apparently those customers were more important?
