If only there is lower than zero 0 to rate this company its just because of the rude manager named Michael I'm not sure if true cause i didn't see any I'd or nameplate when I asked what's his name , he said I have no right to know his name. I able to see how he disrespect his staff I'm so pity with that girl her name is Lauren its printed in the receipt she made. So pity with her cause i saw how her manager treated her like a slave. I even experienced his rudeness letting me to wait for almost an hour to my dine in order at the end they will tell no available food that I order .I told her when she said there no food available I should order another food that is available or leave his place , I told him really after accepting my order , charging me and waiting for almost an hour, that's the way u treat the customer. When I asked lauren that I want to speak with the manager, I saw how he replied rudely that he is busy I saw him he is just standing My question if there's no food available why they accept my order , charge which I pay with receipt and to wait for more than an hour. If they really prefare the food on time 5 maybe within 30 mins they can tell me so I can leave the place and find another restaurant . Lauren the girl knows that I didn't received my food but she can't do anything but to keep quiet she seems scare to this man she cannot even say anything because I saw how he tap the shoulder of the girl and hold it pushing into going the kitchen direction. All I can say he is not a good manager and I feel sorry for the OWNER of this company which is losing money by the manager disrespecting the customer. When I say that I will call 911 he immediately call , while this police who came Is obviously one sided because when he came to me he is rude and treating me like I'm the one who made trouble, I told him the police dont treat me like this you dont know yet my side, I came here nicely , I order food , they charged me to pay and waited longtime just to tell the food is not available. I went there to eat because I need food I didn't take yet my lunch I'am diabetic, I'm already shaking with stomach cramping and cold clummy skin.it was 4 pm when I came in there and able to had my order @ 0417pm (1617H). What I did upon waiting is to sip some soda. With this long lines I wish that the owner and the BBB Better Bussiness Bureau ...

I decided to come here since the other Taco Bell was only doing online orders. I worked at Taco Bell twice as a kid. This job is seriously NOT that hard. I never seen such incompetence. I asked for a double decker. She quickly let me know that they don’t have those. I explained that I know they don’t have it, but I asked for a regular taco and a soft taco with bean so I can make a double decker myself. She cut me off to “nicely” let me know she knows what I mean. Then I asked for a Dr. Pepper. She goes on to “nicely” tell me that I need to pick something from their menu that they do have. My bad. I laugh and apologize. Then I’m handed a bag overpacked to the brim with my tacos. I get home to hand my husband his double decker taco makings…. I found a regular bean burrito with onions, two hard tacos with beans and two soft tacos with beans. Then I looked for my 3 crunchy tacos with no sour cream meal… I got only one taco. Then as for my two boys… one got his two crunchy tacos. The other wanted two soft tacos with just meat and cheese… didn’t get them at all. But I did get two crunchy tacos with just meat and cheese.

This meal was ALL WRONG!!!

I wouldn’t be so upset if the young lady at the drive thru wasn’t so condescending. How can an employee talk to a customer the way she did and still hand a bag to the customer that’s completely wrong.

This review is especially for people who get food at drive through, And whole taco bell management. I went to this location tonight at 7pm, me and my mother went inside for food, The scenes we saw in their kitchen was pathetic, Even animals should not eat food if it belongs to this place, it was super dirty, untidy, all the ingredients were on the floor we felt so bad, it actually felt we’re gonna puke out, We tried to place our order atleast 5-7 times but the person who was suppose to take our order was fully high on drugs, she couldn’t even stand properly or even open her eyes well to see us. Then I went out right away and told my father who was waiting inside the car, he then came out and went inside the store, he started questioning about the cleanliness and one employee started cleaning right after.. The employees were taking the cheese from the counter to put inside the food (same cheese that was spilled all over the place) . Please don’t play with the health of people out there. All those who are getting food from drive through please stop right away as they are playing with health of innocent customers . Health department and management should go through the CCTV FOOTAGE of this store and should take appropriate action, Also don’t hire people who are always under the...

The quality of the Taco Bell food has gone down hill at this location!! My supreme tacos look like nobody working the food line gives a care, hardly any meat, lettuce, tomato, cheese or sour cream. Looks like they were just slammed together at near $3 bucks a taco they should be loaded. This isn't the first time either, I keep hoping it will get better but it doesn't just gets worse. The other sad thing is that I ordered drive thru so you can't check you food quality until you get to where you are going. I did call and spoke with the manager, he told me he would be watching the line and talk with his employees. I think the original founders of Taco Bell would be very disappointment in how poorly the quality of their product is being sent out for the general public to eat. Shame on YOU!
