Crave is absolutely amazing! I had the best time visiting and indulging in their delicious cookies. First of all, their cookies are out of this world—soft, warm, and packed with flavor. Each bite is like a little piece of heaven. What I loved even more is that they don't add the toppings until you order them, so each cookie is fresh and customized to your liking. This thoughtful touch ensures you get the best experience possible with every order.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. But it’s not just the cookies that make Crave stand out—it’s also the fun atmosphere! They have this gorgeous floral backdrop that's perfect for snapping photos. It’s such a cute and Instagram-worthy spot that adds a little extra fun to your visit.

If you’re a cookie lover, Crave is a must-visit. The quality of the cookies, combined with the fun vibe and the personal touch of choosing your own toppings, really makes it a one-of-a-kind experience. I will definitely be coming back again and again....

Came here during their first week of opening. Staff were pretty nice, although we waited over 20 minutes to receive our order (got a 6 pack). They had given our order to somebody else without realizing it until later on, gave out others for those who ordered before and after. We were then called up to them because we were the last ones waiting out of that group, and they got our name wrong and realized our order was already given out. Eventually our order packed for us, and they apologized. The cookies were flavorful and really good butttt half of them were undercooked with raw cookie dough showing in parts of the cookie while another was overcooked 🥲 I know they were figuring out their kinks and I give them kudos for doing their best! We were just sad that we had waited all that time for them to not turn out as we hoped. We do plan on going to try them again...

I try to give small businesses a shot and help them the best I can. We ordered 4 cookies from here on a Friday night. we had some of the chocolate chip when we got home and ended up feeling sick the rest of the night. Thinking it was a fluke we ate some the next morning and felt sick again right afterwards. Idk what it was about the cookie but it did not sit well with my family either day we had some.

The experience with the cookies and at the store was unremarkable as well. The cookies were ok, I did enjoy the moistness of the chocolate chip, but it was nothing amazing. the Oreo cookies and cream was not that good. It was a little bit better than its name brand competitor crumbl but nothing mind blowing.

Staff was friendly and helpful, store was very clean from what I saw. However staff seemed overwhelmed.
