Burger King — Restaurant in Washington

I give the service I received today one star because the manager tried to clean up after a horrible customer service experience. They messed up my order and when I knocked on the door a little boy named Josh C. according to the manager that came out after the fact told me. Well Josh C. was very disrespectful. I informed him they messed up my order and asked if he could correct my order or if I needed to go back to the drive through. Josh C. said well I’m on my break, so I asked if a manager could come help me. Josh C. replied no they not going to come to the door as he was speaking another young lady walked up and I said okay well I’m sorry to interrupt your break, the young lady can help me. Josh C. turned and pushed her away. Yelling no, no she can go back through the drive through like I said. A manager/assistant manager I’m not sure came out moments lateraling and asked about my order I explained the order was not correct however because of the horrible customer service I just wanted a refund. He took the food and drink and tossed it in the trash and returned my money. He did apologize for the experience and said he would talk to Josh C. However because of this experience I will never visit this location again. I will also tell everyone I know to never visit this...

We walked in order are food. Went looked for a table sit at most of them where dirty. They weren't busy at all. While waiting for are food I was getting folded it was freezing in burger King. It was like sitting out side 43 degrees outside when go somewhere to eat you be in a building that warn will it was so cold. While sitting therd waiting are food there was 2 little girls running around and a girl around 9 year old sit at a table by her self NO audlt around we guessing they where 2 of the employees kids. That shouldn't be at all. Then the manager talks loud about the music that was playing then talking about the employees only have 2 people on the floor it really hard for them to hand the jobs. Cutting hours on his employees. Not the time place talk about that stuff be loud about it. Plus the gal working counter came out in dining room walk around didn't clean off any table left them dirt. I will never go back there to eat because it's cold in dining room on weather time plus wasn't clean to have a meal there you wounder what the kitchen look like they don't clean in dining room that we'll. Plus you shouldn't have your kids there while your working running around in dining room. This is a poor site...

I like Burger King and will go back... just not this location. The customer experience is really really bad. This was a take out order. The guy taking my order was agitated from me just ordering my food. The cashier in the first window was rude when I asked for a small correction on the order. When I got my food at the second window, the guy who took my order just faced away and stretched his arm out with the food. The body language to me was basically confirming how he was rude to begin with. When I got home my buns were burnt, the burger itself was dried out, and after asking for no pickles 3 times it still had pickles, and half of my lettuce was in the burger and half was everywhere else. If this were a one day event I'd just think everyone's having a bad day or whatever but this is my 3rd time there so I have given up hope... The bottom line is everyone there, whenever I visit at night, just doesn't care. I was happy to get a bonus onion ring in my fries though.. I dont need incentives to go visit the location there because I dont trust the quality of food and I dont want to be treated...
