Cannablue Dispensary Lake Tahoe — Attraction in South Lake Tahoe

Stellar Customer Service + Rotating Sales Days throughout the week for different products. Literally no notes on improvement their team overall : security, front desk, and sales associates are always kind, welcoming, and happy to let you know about their deals and suggestions. —- detailed review : I’m somewhat new to the Lake Tahoe / Reno, Nevada area - it’s my first year being here from Souther California so you can imagine how particular I am on quality, cost, and overall experience. I’ve spent the past few months going to different shops and comparing but I keep coming back to Cannablue. Every shop is pretty unique but you just can’t beat Cannablue! I’m always leaving that shop feeling pretty satisfied with the cost (especially when I’m there during their sales) - and talking about how pleasant everyone was there.

It’s not that other shop teams are rude, but they don’t have the passion for great customer service that I see in the Cannablue team.

I usually go in the mornings/early afternoons to shop around, but tonight I went 30 minutes before closing and this was the reason I had to leave a review! 30 minutes before closing (10 pm) everyone was still there with a smile and upbeat attitude - on top of Moriah ? Mariah? Not sure if I spelled her name right, but she was ON IT. Walked up to us with a smile, and letting us know the deals, her suggestions, and small talk that you would expect from some starting their shift not 30 min before heading home. As well as when we were at the register she was quick to let us know about the points system and debit card process. Also with a smile! It was infectious I had to ask her name to point out to management that they have a phenomenal team on their hands.

As far as I’m considered this is THE dispo shop...

This is the coolest dispensary I have visited in a while. The ambience inside the dispensary is very warm and relaxed and encourages browsing. I liked that the entire dispensary wasn’t just in one room with a large case everyone has to clamber over each other to look at. They have different little books inside devoted to different categories such as edibles, vale’s, flower and even glass. The coolest part was the wall of weed. They make it so easy for people new to cannabis and old smokers to find what they want. They have all the buds out in jars that allows you to see and smell the bud. They even had iPads available to, I assume, look up strain lineage or what not. Whoever came up with the system for the little cards you take up to the register for which strain you’d like buy is a genius. The whole thing makes the dispensary so “user friendly” Their prices are great as well. They have affordable as well Top Shelf strains. Customer service was awesome. As I work in customer service myself and pretty much hate all people, I don’t want to say, omg they were so nice and set the standard too high cause then they’ll be expected to be nice all the time, BUT they were, really nice and welcoming and very knowledgeable. We ended up going with the first suggestion the bud tender gave us which was fantastic. Can’t wait...

Most of the staff are super knowledgeable about the cultivation process and can guide you to the product you're looking for based on your wants and needs as how you desire to feel and for what you can afford. From $10 ⅛'s to $70⅛'s. They have glass, flower, pre rolls, edibles and well, everything that every other dispensary has.

Marry Ann assisted me in finding this flower. It does exactly what I asked her for. It was right around $40 as an ⅛ should be. Well let's be honest the products need to be way cheaper now as it's far more abundant than it was when it was illegal. But companies need their profits to survive this economy.

Overall the customer service representatives are always happy to see me. They always have an excellent idea for what I'm looking for. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Well, they have this Maui Waui in Quarters for like $30 or around that and it's actually not bad. I mean it's not great, but for the price it's the best deal in my opinion. I've tried a lot of their cheaper stuff just to see if it's worth saving money or not. And, it's not, to me. Next time I will save for their top shelf stuff which is $60 and above per ⅛. You get what you pay for though.
