The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center — Attraction in South Lyon

yesterday I was shopping I ask a lady working price in 2 small teddy bears there alot others was a 1.99 she said tell them I said give them too you for 1.99 also tell them I said so I get up to the cash register and the was checking the tags of what kind of bear she says who told you you could have it for that price I said the lady with long blond pig tails she says we don't have anyone that works here like that I said Ok white hair then she says I can not sell you this bear at that brice it's a Boyd's bear I said Ok I can do with out that one.then she goes I'm not going to let you have it atan price I'm thinking this cashier is really good.It out for me for se odd reason .then I was buying this small doll one so small it would fit in your hand and on the dirty side it was marked 1.99 tan tag which they was half off. I latterly watched her take the tag off and flick it behind the counter then looked at me and said there's no price .I said I saw you just take the tag off and flick it she no I didn't I said yes you did I told her just to keep everything. They really need to do something about her. She had dark hair within pulled up and a black and white top on she was on the heavier side and she should not be working if she's going to play...

I was there earlier today (June 30th) around 2:30-3:00 pm. the store itself is nice and well organized but when we got up to the cash register I couldn't believe how rude the cashier was. She was an older lady, with long grey hair. She was putting some of our breakable purchases into a box, I thought she was done, so I went around and went to put it in my basket. She didn't even say one word, she just snatched it so fast out of my hands, I was like "oh sorry I thought you were done" still didn't say one word. A simple "I'm not done putting stuff in the box" would've been fine but the fact she just snatched out of my hands was ridiculous. My mom said "rude" under her breath and the lady snapped back saying "well she's in a hurry", I responded "no I'm not in a hurry... I thought you were done putting stuff in the box". This is in regards to dropping off donations and not so much the store. I waited over an hour to drop off stuff on a Tuesday in the morning. I understand with safety protocols in place due to COVID, but some additional help would probably be useful. The guy working the drop off was extremely rude. I was trying to help get stuff out of my car and he yelled at me, don't set the stuff on the ground or come back later. I said I've waited over an hour. He yelled at me again and said if you set stuff on the ground again I'm not taking anymore of your donations. I will never donate here again, and tell everyone else to not shop or donate here at well. I've never been treated so poorly by someone. Also, they don't take puzzles or board games because someone complained that a game piece was missing...
