First time customer and last time customer for this establishment. I ordered a one topping pizza, and a 2 L of pop that cost me over $20 to have it delivered. I think that’s a bit excessive, but I went with it. Upon receiving the pizza, it looked all right, but after a couple bites, I realized that #1 it was warm, not hot, warm, lukewarm. After eating a couple pieces, I come to the conclusion that this pizza was the equivalent to gas station pizza. It’s honestly glorified gas station pizza. Just like everything else in southlyon minus a couple establishments it’s over priced for the quality and the quality is no better than a gas station like I previously stated. For the price and the quality you’re better off going someplace else. NO! I didn’t bother to call and complain, because the lady who answered the phone was a bit on the rude side, and I knew it was going to get me anywhere. Called to order a pizza and the woman over the phone was so unbelievably rude and condescending and then had the audacity to say "we're so far behind in orders that we just can't help you right now" We're house sitting in a city we are not familiar with so we don't know the crossroads around us but that should not give a company the right to treat the customer as if they are stupid and wasting the company's time! An exact address should be sufficient enough in the year 2016 to deliver a pizza! On top of it, when we said we needed to use a credit card she got all rude again and said you're gonna have to hold on because there's a separate line for credit card orders! Uhmmm what...why is that not explained at the beginning of the phone call?! Don't condescend your customers...that is the fastest way to lose business! Your business lost a big order as well as a big tip for whomever the delivery driver...
Read moreI love all the food here, but the fact that they never have a reliable schedule is really frustrating. Their website says they are open until 9 on weeknights and 10 on Friday/Saturday, however, there have been at least a dozen times that we’ve tried to order at night for pick up only to find out that they closed early. Usually when this happens we are trying to place an order between 7 and 8 pm, leaving plenty of time before they close. When this happens, there is no post on social media, nothing on their website, and no message when you try to call. I understand things happen and many places are short staffed, but it’s gotten to the point where we will no longer consider this a place for dinner because we don’t want to get our hopes up and have them close early. I hate leaving negative reviews but I feel like this concern should be noted for others to see. Sorry!
