I came here to do lash extensions, due to having glue get in my eye I got an eye infection, during the lash treatment I kept telling the technician it burnt a little and she insisted it was fine. When I left my eye was red and was told again it was normal and assured not to worry, a day later my eye was even more red and hurting and they kept insisting I was fine and to only go to the doctor if I felt I needed to but that it was not necessary that it would be fine in a few days. I ended up going to the doctor who concluded that the glue was the cause, I paid $200 for the doctor's visit and eye drops and was told by my doctor that it would have been very dangerous for me not to go. I would have developed an infection. I fully understand that sometimes things happen and that getting glue in my eye is a risk with eye lash extensions, so I contacted them and explained what happened and asked if there was anything they could do to remedy the situation since at the time I had every intention of going back and doing my refill and just asking the technician to be more careful with the glue, anything a 10-15% off my next few refills would have been fine and a sign of good faith after having glue in my eye and having spent an extra $200 for it. I was told they would ask the owner, I didn't hear back from them for 4 days after I called them just to be told nothing would be done. That is terrible customer service and no regard to help a customer who had every intention of going back. I paid $140 for a set and was told refills every 3 weeks would be $60. I asked several times over email, text, and phone call if it really would last 3 weeks because I had been doing them elsewhere and following all the instructions but having them last 2, I was assured that everyone they do only went every 3 weeks. I am now at 2.5 weeks with almost no lashes...

I used to love coming here but the last time I was here ( years ago) I had a really bad experience my dad had paid for my facial weeks before because it was a birthday gift. When I went to get my facial done everything seemed ok and when I was done before leaving the girl in the front said I was good to go and asked if I wanted to leave tip ( my dad had already tipped) but I went ahead and tipped again I didn't mind that what bothered me was about 10 minutes after leaving the girl in the front calls me and tells me she forgot to charge me a extra $25 for a extra service. I did not have any extra service but the lady that did my facial insisted that she gave me a extra service that cost $25. I told her I was not going to pay it because even if she did do that extra service ( which she didn't) she should have asked me and told me it was a extra charge but dont sneak up on me like that.They told me that if I didn't pay I could not come ever come back. As good as it gets- I see they had a 5 star rating and it is well deserved. I just left my appointment this afternoon and had the best deep tissue massage I have ever, ever had. The tech was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I went in there with back pain so terrible from months of over work abuse and hauling a toddler around everyday, I hadn't made time for myself and was barely able to sleep, sit or hold up my handbag from the aches. In 1 session she relieved so much of that tension and pain, without causing my hour too much pain! I was ready for it being a tough session- but half way through I relaxed and ready to fall asleep. I am not 100% yet, as I will need a few more sessions to get myself back to feeling completely brand new but what she did for me in 1 session- I am really grateful and left really happy.
