I don’t even have enough words to describe the awesome 40th Anniversary gift that Jack, Lori and Nora helped my husband and I decide on. From the moment we were greeted at the Washington Kay’s Outlet, until up to the time we left was truly unbelievable! Besides their professionalism, and charming personalities, they helped us transform my existing engagement diamond into something unimaginable! They truly went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined. We had no idea walking in there, what we were even thinking of doing for our 40th Anniversary, and boy did they “WOW” us! Read moreI had a very unpleasant experience today with new staffing at this location!! We had shopped here several times before purchasing several pieces of jewelry. I came in for repair and was told I could not use my warranty to cover my repair because I did not get my inspections. That was not true, I had actually taking my ring several times to be checked and cleaned but staff did not record it as so, so it becomes my lost. That is not right. They told us there was no record of inspection but when my Husband called the corporate office they were able to find some of those inspections. Very upsetting. They did not value us as customers and made us feel like we were not good enough to be treated with good customer service. I am very disappointed and will not be coming...
Read moreI will not be going back to this store. The associate working was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. I went in for my 6 month ring inspection. Mind you, this was the first time I had it inspected so I wasn't sure what all they had to do. The woman working acted like I should have known what to do and just stared at me so I handed her my ring. When she handed it back, I asked if she cleaned it because it didn't look much cleaner than when I brought it in. She rudely and quickly said, "yeah" and that was it.
