The Wickery (Patio Furniture) — Attraction in South Toms River

From July 2025 - Once again, Panatda's firm, The Wickery, delivered and set up a few cool additions to my outdoor living spaces. The awning was a perfect fit for my water-side patio and the umbrella jazzed up the upper deck. Each offer a sturdy design and attractive addition to the furniture The Wickery provided several years back. Customer service remains a primary focus with the Wickery, starting with Panatda and extending to the delivery staff. They are definitely a TOP PICK for me and are the first place I recommend to family and friends. THANK YOU Panatda.

From 2021 ... I am so glad I uncovered this gem. The Wickery is run by a super friendly and knowledgeable couple. Panatda (hope I spelled it correctly) had a great sense of design, from functionality to color. After learning about my outdoor space, she offered me several options, all of which were great but one stood out! I cannot wait for the delivery so I can enjoy the Uber comfy rockers that are part of the set along with the fire table!

We stopped at the Wickery to look at fire pit tables. After we left, we had a couple follow up questions so I called them. No one answered and the voice message stated that for fastest service, use email. Which I did. Several days later, I still had not received a response so I emailed a follow up. This one she did reply to and said she had forgotten to reply previously. After another query to see if the fire pit was still available (I requested a response either way), there was no reply. I sent another email later in the day but apparently, they couldn’t bother with a reply. I sent a final email stating that we would shop elsewhere. No reply.

The good news is that we bought the latest version of the fire pit table that we had been looking at from Ryser’s in Red Bank. Great experience! We are in the process of buying a full patio chair set (Telescope) from Railside Outdoor Furniture. If Panatda had been more courteous and conscientious in her replies, maybe she could have ordered us a fire pit table (it was the end of the season so we could have waited). She also lost a sale...

I inherited my Henry Link set from my parents almost 20 years ago. My cushions needed to be replaced and it took me over two years to find actual cushions that I knew were made to fit my set. It took just as long to find the pattern that would compliment the wicker. Oh how I wish I had found The Wickery years ago!!! I read all the reviews, and I felt really comfortable in placing my order with the help of Panatda - who found the fabric for me. Panatda is a jewel!! I ABSOLUTELY love my cushions!!! The piping really makes the cushions! And the attention to detail is outstanding! Notice in my pictures that the group of flowers are centered in the three back cushions?!! I just couldn’t be happier! And the price was about $2,000 less than what I would have paid for a local person to do it for me! AND, I placed my order or Nov. 11th and my cushions were in my house, custom made, on the 18th!! Now that’s customer service!! Thank you again The Wickery! I will be telling all my friends and family!! I plan to enjoy my set for many many years!!! Now off to find new curtains...
