Store is clean and well stocked however don't ever call the store for not even the simpliest of questions! and please do Pray that you'll never need in-store customer service! Customer service sucks all around ! Forget trying to call the store, whoever answers when I call isn't equipped with all tools to handle a call... very unprofessional! Had another issue in store with online order, the junior rep referred me to a gentleman who seems to be the Lead in the returns area. However he was very dismissive when he realized there was a decrepancy between store and online, at that point he was totally done assisting me!!! Had nothing left to say, walked away!... seriously just walked away from me! And noooo i did not have an attitude... i was in a good mood that night! I had to TAKE THE INITIATIVE to call online customer service to resolve and ended up spending 2hrs in the store interacting with both online and in store reps!. The online rep was very annoyed with this guy in the store! He couldn't understand why this guy wouldn't resolve for me! The junior in-store rep who assisted me was very nice however since this guy was some sort of lead his assistance was needed to resolve the issue. His attitude made me feel bad for having to return items, mind you this return took me 2 hrs trying to mediate between both reps (on the phone & online rep) trying to FIX TARGETS ISSUE! however I felt as if it was my fault. I absolutely dread Target for fear of needing assistance! Also while there , I had the opportunity to observe this person 'resolve' 2 other issues that required a 'lead ', first was a client error, but how he responded to the clerk as well as client was really bad. No 'Tact' at all! The 2nd was that a target rep quoted an incorrect price to a customer and the customer demanded the price which was quoted. The guy (lead) who handled my return instructed his associates to disregard the customers complaint and offer selling price only .thank God the manager got wind of the situation and decided that the quote needed to be honored! You should have seen his expression when he was informed that the other manager will honor the price! You would have thought the diffetence was going to be deducted from his PAY CHECK! honesty I could write an essay on the bad experiences I've had whenever I needed assistance. In fact I've never had a good service experience at target Yikes! This guy I'm pretty sure is a good worker however he does not belong in a customer resolution role. Also Target come on! You need to do better with online and in store resolutions! Come on Target step into the 20th century! Oh and just in case you were wondering! My ONLINE ORDER THOUGH IT APPEAR WAS BEING CORRECTED HAS YET TO BE FULLY RESOLVED I DON'T BLAME THE REPS THOUGH I THINK TARGET NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM SO THAT ALL ONLINE INFO IS AVAILABLE TO STORE ASSOCIATES . BUT I LEFT ALONE BECAUSE I'M JUST TOO...
Read moreThis store has gone downhill fast!! 1st thing is they force you to use credit on a debit card which doesn't take the funds out of my account immediately, and it makes it an issue if/when you need ro return something. Even when my original receipt, that clearly said visa debit, I was offered credit back to my card (which takes 3-5 business days) or store credit, not able to get cash back either. My 2nd complaint is how dirty the store has gotten. Shelves are a mess, nothing is where it's supposed to be, many isles have over stock carts blocking them with no associate in the area, garbage cans overflowed inside and outside theres garbage overflowing and all over the ground around them!! My 3rd and final complaint is the associates that have terrible attitudes and act as if you're an inconvenience when you ask for help!! You're getting $16.75 an hour to stock shelves and ring out customers and you have an attitude when your customers ask for help? There was a handicap customer that needed help, which I helped because there was no one to be found!! Target used to be my go-to store for all my household needs, personal items, clothes, electronics, food, they sell it that's where I got it store!! Now it makes me not want to go in there if this is the way they're going to run the business!! Maybe I'm to OCD but in my opinion a store should be neat and tidy especially for the ones in wheelchairs that can't get around as easy as others and definitely should NOT have to ask another shopper for help because they can't find an associate!! I don't mind helping and I would help anyone that needed it. But these people are getting paid to ring customers out or baby sit the self checkout section. It's truly sad to see target go in the direction...
Read moreSo I visited Target today on June 23rd at around 1:15 to go and buy a couple things and it was very hot today so I picked up a water bottle to buy. The. I put it back because I was already on my way home and didn’t want to buy water if I had it at home. As I was putting it back it slipped out of my hands and fell and the cap broke and water spilled. I picked it up immediately and noticed that a light splash of water got onto one of the employees legs and I apologized to her! (She was a short old white lady with glasses and brown hair). She did not say a thing to me and she looked annoyed and mad and was VERY rude about it. Mind you I felt horrible and I was freaking out because everyone was looking at me. I got into line to pay for it and I look over to see her staring me down while talking to another employee about it. I started to get very frustrated because I obviously didn’t meant to do that, it was an ACCIDENT! After I paid for it I slammed the water bottle into the trash and left the store crying because of how badly I was treated. She then told the security guard to ask my Dad if I had paid for it... which I did! And they kept asking for the receipt and what not! She just made it her mission to ruin my day is what it seems! I have always loved coming here, but this horrible customer service experience will prevent that for a very long time. I wish I had gotten a manager to help me out but I was very upset and wanted to get out of there. I suggest you guys teach your employees how to treat people who aren’t adults with respect, ESPECIALLY if I was apologetic about the...
