Very nice experience. I went here with my son and husband. We have gone to Dosa hut many times but after searching for vegan restaurant this popped up. We took a drive down there and when we walked in the place was empty with the woman who worked there in the front. We sat down and she said to place order we scan the code on the table. I personally am old fashioned and I would have liked better regular menus to be on the table because my husband had some issues bringing up the menu on the phone. And I couldn't help but think about people who do not have a phone or older people who struggle with technology or just someone who is not inclined to use their phone or a code. Ultimately we ordered and soon the food came out
I loved it. I loved it all. We ordered two uttapam and both were delicious. The peanut sauce was my favorite by far even though you get 3 different sauces the peanut sauce stole the show and I wish I could buy a container to take home and maybe I will ask next time. We wanted pani puri but they said it wasn't available which was a bummer but we also ordered the gobi 65 which was dried fried Gobi and that too was yummy! I loved all of it and everything tasted very fresh. The woman was kind and apologized for not having pani puri available and it made me happy to see her serious nature fade and a smile appear because she has a pretty smile. We will continue to come back because of how fresh the food is.
From a side note after reading reviews I can't help but feel theres a slight competition between Dosa Hut and here based on some reviews. In God's eye and heart there's no room for competition but acceptance of how great it is to have two different vegetarian restaurants. Great for vegans like myself who really appreciate vegan, vegetarian restaurants. I am very grateful that this place is open and me and my family have a nice place to come to. I'm sorry I don't have pictures to post but next time I will take some pictures and post them. I highly recommend supporting this new business. I highly recommend if you are vegan and highly recommend if you love peanut sauce and fresh food. I want to go in the evening as we went before 3. Hopefully it won't be crazy. To be side by side with my husband to share fresh food and enjoy moments that is what it is about and this place has helped to create a sparkle of a happy moment for my family. Looking forward to returning next week....
Read moreThis is a small, informal diner style restaurant serving South Indian cuisine. If you are not familiar with the dishes offered you may be a little baffled, but don't let that put you off. The food is freshly prepared, authentic and delicious. We both had lunch here, and ordered two types of Dosa. Mine was a masala onion dosa - picture attached. It was delicious, and the sauces were excellent - ranging from mild to spicy. They had only been open 7 days when we visited, and were operating with a limited menu. We plan to return on a weekend when they serve a vegetarian Thali😀. The seating area is small and bare bones, this is not a high end restaurant. You order and pay from a QR code on the tables. If you are not sure, the owner is right there on hand and very helpful. This is real South Indian cuisine, and it is all vegetarian. Absolutely delicious -...
