I've been to all the dispensaries around the area of Cady Brook and without a doubt, they are by far the best.. Every time I go in that store I am greeted by the most incredibly nice and polite people who know their sh*t when it comes to weed... Just off the top I can name a few of the best, and I'd have to say Seamus, Kayla and Hannah are a few of the budtenders at Cady Brook that really go above and beyond to make their customers feel like family when you come to the dispensary, because they're not just there to sell you a product and take your money, they're there to make sure you get the best possible experience that you can get from a dispensary, including the nicest friendliest people behind the counter helping you get just what you need and knowing exactly what it is that you need and let me tell you if one of those people I mentioned tells you that something is an amazing product, you can bet your life on it that when you test it at home you're going to feel the same way....Cady Brook is more than a dispensary, it's a family.... Or at least that's how it feels when you go there because they take the time to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for and they know what they're talking about... This is a revision to a post that I made three months ago. I had stopped in for the first time it was an hour's drive to get there. I purchased a few things and when I got home I looked inside of the bag and realize that what I had requested was not what was inside. I was upset to say the least because driving back would be another two-hour round-trip. I spoke with the manager on the phone she was extremely polite she apologized and told me that she would make a note on my account and whenever I'm in the area whether it's a month 6 months or a year to stop in and they would make good. Today I found myself a few miles away so I stopped in the store. The greeter at the door got the manager. I started to explain that I was there several months ago and she says yes I remember I spoke with you on the phone. Steph was also there, she remembered the error, apologized and just like that they corrected error and made good with a smile. Honest! Really good group of dudes who were super friendly. They were honest and being involved in cannabis industry I don’t enjoy being told what I know not to be true. I asked questions and they were robotically correct to what my ears wanted to hear. Legit store. They don’t pretend to be nice they just are: I recommend coming here. They will become a franchise and not because of a payoff to The Kennedy family. They will earn it. I’m a retired investor. 36. I’ve learned to evaluate talent and respect honesty. Especially in this cut throat industry. My elder brother came to a dispensary for first time. He loved the place and enjoyed the kind workers. What i saw I’ve never 👎 witnessesed. Everybody expects gigantic menus but that’s confusing and for people who think they want HUGE VARIETY. Why? They change menus frequently and they have what you need.
