Southgate Arena — Attraction in Southgate

Southgate ice arena stayed open all summer of 2024 meanwhile other ice rinks closed for renovations, Southgate CONTINUALLY takes money from customers and does NOTHING to better their ice conditions. Arena and stands are nice. Unfortunately there's no front desk and nobody to talk to for help when you go here. For hockey there is signage but it's usually scribbled on with black sharpie and difficult to understand where you're supposed to go. In my 10 trips here for hockey I don't think I've ever run across anybody that actually works at this place. Would be great if there was a front desk or a central area for help or information. My daughter tried out for Syncro... No call back about anything ..., at least a little guidances would’ve been nice ..There are other options in other programs. The director Is extremely unprofessional and if you’re not part of the club Good luck with public ice time. With my fitness program of a child does it make a cut I most definitely call the parent back and get them as to what program will get them best I never leave anybody...
