I’m glad there’s a new phone repair shop right by me in Southgate I took my phone there I thought that I needed a new port and my screen was already cracked. Turned out. I did not need a port it was my battery so they noticed that my screen was cracked and offered to fix that while they were giving me a new battery I had a screen replacement prior to going there fixed at another shop and my phone was so screwed up never the same when moe got done with it it was like brand new and no problems at all since then hats off to the owner, Moe and his brother they are very knowledgeable about the devices I would definitely recommend them as I was there twice within a weeks time The second time was because I locked myself out of my phone and could not fix it myself so I took it there and again Moe and his brother were my heroes lol I would definitely give them more than five stars if there were more I’m glad to know if something goes wrong with my phone I can go to moebile in Southgate and get great service thanks again guys MF ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️P.s also I had a busted up phone case and they noticed it, and literally gave me one on the house for my business so...

The sign on the window says they fix screens with in 15-45 minutes. they called HOURS after I dropped my iPad off and said they could finish it tomorrow or have to put a white screen on a black tablet bc the screen they used “was bad”. We told them we needed the IPad back tonight so to use the white screen. They said they would throw in a free screen protector to make up for the inconvenience. They ended up going and getting a black screen took even longer and refused to give the screen protector when it was finally finished! I definitely will not be returning and I will make sure everyone I know doesn’t waste their time...

I have had a bad experience with them. Brought my iPad Pro 12.9 to get the screen replaced and the charger port. The charger port works great now. But the screen kept on lifting up so we brought it back. They fixed again but there was a white dot that was never there. I put a screen protector on yesterday and right where the white dot is it made a star crack. Just brought it back to see what could be done and the guy working said that it is from a cracked battery and there is nothing they could do. I think that they should have fixed it.
