Read moreI’ve been going to this market for the last 3-4 years. I’m not sure if they changed ownership but it’s clear that their customer service has drastically changed. I know there is an egg shortage but the quality of their eggs is NOT the same. The egg yolks are pale yellow and break easily once you crack them. Not to mention the egg shells are so fragile and break so easily. Not sure who is supplying their eggs lately but it’s clear that they’re just trying to “supply the masses” ever since all these “social media influencers” decided to post for them. It’s no longer a “local gem” it’s advertised to the masses as a farm fresh market that has pure quality but it’s clear that they cannot keep up with the demand.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I easily spend a minimum of $120 every week to every 2 weeks. They rather cater to the “new people” who probably just go 1 time since it’s the “cool” thing to do right now, and never go back. It’s unfortunate that they decided not to accommodate their consistent customers.
My raw milk order has also been consistently wrong for the last 3 pick ups. I specifically ask in the notes that I am requesting jersey milk with the orange cap and when it’s time to pick it up, it’s also a new person who says “so sorry, we didn’t notice your note or sorry, we forgot”
One of the ladies who works there knows me by name and face and she knows I consistently order and has apologized many times for the mix up.
I have sent multiple friends / family members throughout the years and I’m sad that it has come to this. I have been looking for another market in hopes that they stick true to their word and that they do not mislead their customers.
I have made the drive to Davie from Miami for months before you started doing route pick ups. I was probably one of your first customers when you first opened and before you started becoming popular.

Read morePurchased the last two quarts of sheep milk on the shelf as soon as they were open at 10am. Before I even left the market after purchasing I wanted to make sure that it was not spoiled as they were the last 2 left. They were indeed rancid and spoiled when I open them. Not even 30 seconds later I went back inside to let them know and they made it clear that there are no refunds. I did not even ask for a refund. I mentioned that these were spoiled and ask how long have they been on the shelves since raw milk only last 7-10 days (and after 7 days is really pushing it because all the raw milk I purchase does not last longer than 7 days) she tells me that is has been a week, but raw sheep’s milk can last two weeks!? No matter which animal raw milk comes from raw milk has never been fresh after a week and I have been purchasing raw milk for years! I didn’t argue with her anyone because I knew it was management that was the problem and not her as she was following her managers orders. The manager came over and completely ignored me and started talking to her in Spanish and she had an uncomfortable look on her face. None of the managers knowing that I have been supporting their business for a long time could not even say they will give me a fresh batch. It was not about the money, it was about the principle, and knowing that the raw milk has been sitting there for a week they could have gave me a replacement when they get their next load. I left with the 2 expired quarts of raw sheep milk drank one of the quarts since I did spend my money on it and wanted to get my money’s worth and I threw up same day and had diarrhea and could not eat anything and just had to drink tea. That has never happened to me drinking raw milk that is fresh, worst...
