New Elite Nail — Attraction in Sparta Township

When I called they made me 4 different times, she didn’t know my name after I told them 7 times. I was with a couple friends and me and my one friends fingers started to bleed and the head lady is the issue. I went in for a full set of acrylics and she said $50 on the phone but when I go there and they primed my fingers and they told me they were $85, what’s with the pricing difference?? My nails right as I left started chipping. They would smack/ pulled my friends wrist for no reason. The pricing is shocking and horrible with the service they provide, I will not be visiting the establishment ever! I was treated rudely by some workers who starred at and made to feel unwelcome. The main lady would scoff my remarks about me waiting for money from my mom ( not expecting to have to pay that much ). They would talk over me when when I trued to answer a question in which they asked me. They would point and laugh at my nails which was very unprofessional and demeaning. I let has been three hours since and my finger still burn. When they put my fingers under the light let burnt. The products they were using seemed expired. On the phone I was offered a high school discount yet in person I was offered nothing and only received up hauling service and diminishing comments. I would never recommend this nail salon to anyone as I was treated very poorly and because of how unprofessional the whole upsetting experience of going there. I have the best experience in both sides of the nail side and spa side! I have been coming for over a year to this location and I love how accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate everyone is. The spa side has Sophia who has magical massage hands and does AMAZING facials — you really can't go wrong with any option. My skin has improved so much since I started getting them regularly and Sophia is experienced and wise when it comes to her service and recommendations. The massages alone are 🤤 For the nail side, Young does FLAWLESS manicures. Whether I want a design, french, or something simple, she executes what I want done with such delicacy and precision. Juanita does great pedicures too and is so sweet. I feel so refreshed and taken well care of here. The owner Sunny always remembers my name and what I like, and never minds my wonky memory when I call in to reschedule or remind myself when my appointment is — she'll even start the call with my name! 11/10 recommendation, I've been coming here for a year and plan on continuing to come for as long as...

The pedicures at this place are always top notch. The girls do the best job, that I didn’t even mind it being expensive. This particular occasion; my mother wanted to take me for my birthday and to get a full set put on my nails. I was so excited for the spa pedicure and massage all to be awkwardly told- they was not happening- it was super fast and felt rushed. I have made oppts before and I never specified what type over the phone- which if that is the case, you should ask the customer over the phone. The worst part is when I got the tips. I’m used to the powder and a gel was used. It burnt my fingers in the UV light and I felt like this woman did not want to do my nails and I felt very uncomfortable. It’s a shame because it was my birthday and I loved this place but I paid $90 for a full set that are already starting to peal off and chip after 2 days.

Update day 3 and the acrylic has literally lifted...
