Terrific piece of National History!

A pleasant surprise to discover that Sparta has some of the best biking trails in the United States including the very first, "Rails to Trails" bike trail.

Ben Bikin' Sculpture is one of the best in the region for selfies, family and group pictures. Nice creek near by and a handful of covered bridges.

I literally planned my route just to drive by and snap a pic—and it was 100% worth it. There’s something hilarious and oddly charming about seeing this giant guy pedaling nowhere, looking like he belongs in a steampunk...

Beautiful scenery! Easy fishing holes, comfy and fun shelter that is in perfect location to the entry road, bike path is smooth and accessible, water bottle dispenser is clean, ( but not cold - but it works ) bike rack is spacey and safe to lock your bike to.
