Was in here today with my friend. The woman working was on the phone with her boss the whole time we were in there. My girlfriend had an item to purchase and asked to see the earrings in the jewelry case, the lady working didn't understand her request to see the earrings because she was still busy talking on the phone. We stood at the counter waiting to pay, and the woman basically turned away from us to talk on the phone. I walked out and my friend said I'll come back some other time to get this. The woman just let us walk out and told her boss on the phone, oh, they are going to come back later. Terrible...
