From the second I walked in they were so nice! I just had a baby a few days ago and we had our newborn and our 2 year old with us so my husband went in and ordered his sandwich and came out so I could go in and order mine as soon as I walked in he was like you must be the wife! I said yep he asked how I was doing and said sore because I just had a baby a few days prior and they were all excited for me which made me feel great! He let me try some of the roast beef before I got a sandwich of it and it was AMAZING best roast beef ever and the muenster cheese was amazing too! The sandwich was HUGE and they didn't skimp on ingredients in any way! All I got on it was roast beef and cheese (for main ingredients) and it was LOADED! I was talking about sometimes I put chips on my sandwiches at home and THEY put chips ON my sandwich FOR me!! They are so accommodating and kind! The prices are amazing for what you get! It seems pricey for a sandwich but when you think about the size and everything you put on it it's way cheaper than subway and if you get the 20 inch you get enough for 4 BIG sandwiches! They were so nice and even carried out both of our sandwiches to the vehicle for me since they weighed about as much as my newborn I didn't ask they just did it! The service and the atmosphere as soon as I walked in the door was amazing! You could smell all the fresh ingredients and then was immediately greeted and asked if this was my first time there. I said it was and the owner proceeded to give me a full run down of different options I have available to me for bread and that they even have wraps and other options available. Once I had decided on my bread and sandwich choice the owner was talking about the special meat they have that is not offered anywhere else within 2 1/2 hours. Believe me it might sound like he’s talking it up but it’s definitely an amazing flavor like nothing I have had at a store restaurant or sandwich shop before. He even gave me samples of each item on my sandwich which just proved to me before the sandwich was done that this was going to be amazing. All of the toppings are clearly fresh and they have so many options and that goes for the sauces as well. They offer delivery which is super convenient but if you can manage it I definitely recommend going into store if it’s your first time. Got my sandwich home and ate half of it as was just amazed with the flavors that I could taste. I will definitely be back and will be bringing friends and family whenever I can.
