Using fresh local ingredients, this sweet and tart treat is only around for a limited time! For an interesting twist, try it Dirty; topped with a splash of sweet cream. (Select variations: Dirty) Yum!
Creekside Cooler
The third in our Candy Shop series, made with real Grape Jolly Rancher syrup. Tastes like a Jolly Rancher in a glass. For an interesting twist, try it Dirty; with a splash of lime juice and topped with sweet cream foam. (Select variations: Dirty) Yum!
Supreme Cream: Berries
Mixed berry juice gets an upgrade with a healthy dose of vanilla. Tastes like a bowl fulla berries with whipped cream on top! For an interesting twist, try it Dirty; with a splash of lime juice and topped with sweet cream foam. (Select variations: Dirty) Yum!
Sun Dew
The second in our Classic series, Sun Dew is the perfect mix of sweet and citrus; a nod to one of our favorite sodas, which used to be brewed right here in Sparta! For an interesting twist, try it Dirty; with a splash of lime juice and topped with sweet cream foam. (Select variations: Dirty) Yum!

Visited on 8-22-23 around 250pm. First time here. We were the only ones in there for customers so therefore they had 2 customers. A tap beer was ordered and I ordered a mix drink. This mix drink took the bartender forever to make. Over 5 minutes easy that he took to make the drink. The orange juice was bad so he had to remake it. When it finally was completed he didn’t even say sorry for the wait and no discount on the 13 dollar drink. He even had to use the cheat sheet card to make it. Prices for food and drinks are pricey. The reasoning for that is that the employees have a higher wage therefore they do not have to work for a tip. There were flys galore inside so we sat outside to get away from the flys lol. When we sat down outside instantly we heard swearing from the workers. F Bombs were dropping over and over again. Thank goodness I didn’t bring my kids to this location to hear all the vulgar language spewing out. I would not expect this type of conduct at a place called Soda Works. Their pop and drinks are good so it’s a shame that the employees language and conduct had to ruin the experience. Sour Cherry pop was s great. Name of the location is misleading. It’s more of a bar then anything. Did not order food, however do want to try their food one day. Left clearly disappointed. Love the beer shop but this place not so much. If you are paying higher prices for food and drinks then you expect higher quality of service. Clearly this day they did not deliver. Will try it again as I do want to try their food, and hopefully bump up their score and have a better experience.

The whole place is awesome, be it the style , the drinks, the food. Personally I recommend the Mary Pickford and Old Fashioned, but oh man that Mary Pickford could have been dangerous had I stayed a bit longer haha. I hadn’t even heard of the drink before then but it’s my favorite now. I believe they make their own grenadine for it too which is nice vs the overly processed stuff. Be sure to check out their food as well, we’ve been there a couple times and had fantastic food both times! And obviously the soda is the star of the show, it’s great to have a place where your NA friends can actually enjoy a flight themselves and you both have a great time!

The food was great, the drinks were great, the service was great, and this place is very clean. I have to admit that we were a little leery when we came in primarily because we had children and the menu is not a typical fair. That said, we ordered a lot of options and they were all Fantastic! Best of all, most of the items on the menu are gluten-free so my husband had a lot of options for a change. The bonus is that many of the ingredients are also locally sourced. The only suggestion I would add is to offer small plates for the shareables to make sharing easier. We'll definitely be back!

First timers tonight... we walked in and had a seat at the bar. Was handed a food and drink menu. We read everything over on the menu. We sat there for 15 minutes before I decided to walk to the register. I said, do I need to come here to order drinks. She said no. I said ok we are sitting right here. She said oh ok I didn't see you. You handed us the menus. This is our first time here. She said oh well after you order food you can't sit at the bar. You need to go find a table. I said, I read that. We ordered a drink off menu and they were out. I asked if they could make a long island and she said no because it wasn't on the computer. So we ordered a raspberry slush , mojito and food. We went to sit down. She came with our drinks. Sat them together and walked away. We got out food. Good food but the cheese curds were grease and we didn't finish them. 😑 we went up and order 2 waters. Lady came over, held out 2 waters and said here's your water. No smile from a single wait staff in the place. Bummer! No greet when we came in. Sad deal

Wish I would have taken a pic of the grease at bottom of the cheese curds. It was bad. ..

I do get a monitor at anither place. Fresh mint even. The cost of this place...

Food & service was top notch. Great flavor in the food and drinks. Old Fashioned was great, finally a local place that knows what they’re doing.

This place is absolutely not pre-school/toddler or younger friendly. No high chairs, so if you have an energetic kid, they’re either going to be running around OR wiggling around on the bench seating.

The atmosphere was strange to say the least. The inside and outside are decorated very well, with some work still going on in the restrooms and the roof (based on the trash chute off the back). The inside felt modern and high-end, but the selection of music didn’t fit at all. 70s-ish light rock? Odd selection of music to play in a modern restaurant that serves German cuisine.

Everything about this place felt like it should be in a bigger city. Just a few little things here and there that kept it from getting a full five stars.

Pricing was fair. Pretty much expected to spend $60 going there and I think we totaled around $68.

To end on a positive note, again, the food was fantastic. Absolutely all the credit to the chef. Ballin food...
