What am absolute disrespect of your diner's time. From the time we walked through the door to the time our food arrived was an hour and a half, despite the place only having around 10 tables. Our food was delivered and we didn't see our waitress again for 30 minutes. It took two hours for what I would consider an average dinner outing (no multiple courses. No entertainment, etc). As for the food the Inari appetizer was something I thought I wouldn't like but was actually quite good. I also opted for the Salmon Poke Bowl (pictured) but didn't find it to my liking but I knowingly stepping outside my typical food bubble. I think I would've preferred the tuna bowl better. The final kick in the teeth was we also ordered another bubble tea to go and when the bill arrives we find the to-go version is upgraded to a large for an additional $3, pushing the tea to $9 aka Starbucks prices. If you sit the to-go cup next to the one on your table you'll find a 1oz difference at best. Had they mentioned the cost up front it wouldn't be concerning, it just seemed underhanded to sneak the extra charge on there at the end. All-in-all I won't be returning. It's not the food. It's the service. The food wasn't good enough to warrant a 2 hour 'experience' when there are other similar options less than a block away. Edit: I find it disingenuous to pretend like things 'weren't as bad' by attempting to adjust the focal point of my experience being the long wait. You say 6, and I'll include a picture I took in your bar and shared with a friend at 5:43 the same evening.

Let me start by saying our waiter, Matt, was very friendly and helpful and so was the barista. They were the ONLY pleasant part of our experience. Service was incredibly slow considering there were only 3-4 tables of guests throughout our visit. After waiting about 15 minutes after ordering to get our drinks, the kobe punch just tasted like water. It was like there was a dash of red Kool-Aid powder in a glass of water. Our other drink was a Tokyo punch, but I received a Tokyo iced tea, which is similar to a Long Island iced tea. I let the waiter know I had the wrong drink and he was very nice and apologetic and went to the back to get it fixed. I heard him calmly let a man in the back know that it was wrong, and could hear the other man complaining loudly about it from our table. Then I was once again brought a Tokyo iced tea, not a Tokyo punch. The barista was very apologetic and explained that she was new. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. They gave us our drinks for free which was very nice. The food was also very mediocre and bland. We didn't get our appetizer until after we were halfway done with our entrees. I ordered a bento box, which came with 1/2 of a California roll and fried noodles. My California roll (pictured) was mostly rice, VERY skimpy on the veggies, and was not good at all. The "fried noodles" were spaghetti noodles with some kind of soy sauce based sauce (pictured). Even with the drinks being free, the bill was almost $60. We will absolutely never be returning and I won't be recommending this place to anyone else.

The chicken karaage is disgusting. I don't know what they did to make it grey, but it's gross. The spicy mayo didn't have any Sriracha at all. It looked like paprika or some type of powder was in it. Definitely not even close to real karaage and spicy mayo. I think the cooks used regular fried chicken batter which is completely wrong and makes fried chicken, not karaage. They need potato starch. If they can't find that, panko would be a better option. I am also confused at the menu. The menu said everything in the bento\don section got a bunch of different stuff. The waitress said the dons did not get all the items the menu said it did. If that's true, the menu needs to be updated and\or the waitresses need to specify that up front. Waitress was nice even though she didn't know what was on the menu. The unagi-don was good though. My coworker got a sushi plate and it looked well rolled and fresh.

I had very high expectations of this place after reading reviews and having it recommended by multiple people in town, and I was very disappointed in what I got. I started off by ordering spam musubi as an appetizer, bulgogi bento, and a Kobe punch (drink). My girlfriend got the chicken katsu bento and the Tokyo punch. After about 15 minutes, we got our drinks, hers was wrong and mine tasted like water, I sucked it up and just kept mine but she didn't get what she ordered so we sent hers back. Another 10 minutes rolls around, her next drink comes out, wrong again. I got my food around the 30 minute mark, and shortly after she got her drink made correctly this time. I was nearly able to finish my food, after slowing down, before she got hers. The wontons were good, the vegetables weren't bad, the rice wasn't good, the beef was pretty good though. The spam musubi was about what I expected, nothing special but I like spam and I like rice. Her chicken was very greasy, her California roll was 95% rice with very little filling in the middle, and her stir fried noodles were spaghetti noodles. However, my server was very nice (he didn't say his name) and very accommodating so that was one good thing out of it. I wouldn't recommend trying it here, the food is sub par for the price point and the interior is extremely crammed, the staff were basically running each other over because there's very little room between tables and you can hear people's conversations at every table around you. Overall not a great experience and I will not be going back unless it gets a...
