While I had great customer service in your store, your return policies are NOT conducive to today's times at all. I bought an item in a store while on vacation and decided to return it for a larger size. The closet store to Tampa, FL (where I reside) is over 2 hours away. I tried to return it online and was told I could not mail it back into the online department. I then called the store out of state where it was purchased and was told that I could not mail it in...I could only mail to someone local who could return it for a merchandise credit.
