He is loud and rude and over charged my niece $47 for gel full set, and told him three times she doesn't want gel but still added gel to her nails and charged her $47 for something I asked him kindly not to do. On top of that that shape of her nails not good and did not do the design she wanted when she told him up front want she wanted by showing a picture and he said he could do that but NOPE. Last be least and call the shop the next day and the man in the black jacket literally started arguing with me in front of customers smh. Very loud and very unprofessional and overall sneaky by trying to charge more; literally argued with me and made my 15 year old niece so uncomfortable. Also, they did not refund jer back her money which was fine just wanted what she paid for, also did not want to give the $10 back from charging gel when i said no yhree times and made her feel terrible just for coming back to get her nails fix smh. Stay away from him! After being 45 minutes late on my appointment because they always overbooked their customers. Proceeded to tell me that I was being disrespectful and rude to his employee because she took three hours to do a short dip and it’s OK that she doesn’t have to do the topcoat because I have somewhere to be. Then he yelled at me because I was rushing her. On top of that was late about 35 minutes on my appointment time and wanted me to wait even more never apologize never took responsibility just continued on yelling at me. Read morePlease do not go here! My friend was recently attacked by the older male nail technician! He assumed that she was not going to pay because she step outside for a moment. He grabbed her purse and pushed here around. Both the police and ambulance were called due to the injuries .
As a black women and many others like myself it was very disheartening to know that I’m not respected at place of business (Bebe nails) that I and many other women of color spend thousands of dollars each year at. Normally, I don’t assume that I’m being profiled but this particular nail technician randomly asked if we were from North MPLS, demanded we pay before are services was completed, assumed that we not going to pay and proceed to physically Attack us !
