Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Springboro

If I could give this place no stars I would have. We came in at 8:20 noticing they closed at 8:30 would have happily taken my order to go. However, the girl taking my order angrily made me repeat my order several times. She also told us we couldn’t eat inside we had to take it to go. We go to pay. She didn’t listen and messed up the order the manager gave us the missed fries for free. When we got the fries they were white & some were cold. As if they had been undercooked. I eat at different penn station locations and I know what the food should look like. after being told we had to take it to go another customer came in and were told they could eat inside so we decided to go ahead and eat in. While eating the girl was cooking our food & cussing and complaining about people coming in late and ordering when they are about to close. I am very DISAPPOINTED with this location and WILL NOT SPEND any more...

We order here somewhat frequently (carry out). The food is always great but the wait is consistently terrible. I placed our order at 6:41 and was told it would take twenty minutes. It's now 7:21, my husband is still inside waiting for our order, which was for two subs and two small fries. Very frustrating.

Well its now August 2018 and we decided to try this Penn Station again. I ordered three sandwiches and three small fries. We were the only ones in the drive thru. After several minutes waiting, the girl came to the window, asked our name and said "three sandwiches two small fries?" We both said "no three fries." No biggy, we continued to wait. Our total changed so the third fry was added on. We got our food and when we got home; yep, there were only two fries. We love Penn Station's food. But if we go back, we won't be ordering via phone or using the drive-thru...

One star because 0 isn't an option. Waited between 30 to 40 minutes for the subs. I walked out after seeing 2 people who came in after us orders where on the grill before ours. Only 3 people "working" and only the young lady was hustling. She was taking orders in store and on phone, drive thru, cash register, dressing subs, taking care of fry station, and getting people their orders. While older gentleman in red shirt worked grill and young man got the bread ready . I have seen xenia station ran with 3 people, but they where all working well together. To top it off once we got home the subs where, not very good, definatly not the subs we go to penn station for. I will never go to the springboro penn station again and I recommend that you...
