Thumpers Car Audio — Local services in Springdale

I went to Thumpers because I thought my factory head unit in my 2008 GMC Sierra was going out. Based on what I explained and showed them they assured me that it wasn't the head unit and it was actually a speaker issue. This saved me from having to spend unnecessary money. And to top it off, they also quoted me less to replace my factory speakers than anyone else that I looked up in NWA. The employees I worked with, both named Jeff, were honest and friendly. They gave me many options to choose from and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. When I picked up the vehicle after installation I looked the vehicle over and Jeff was there to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. They went above and beyond in making me a happy, satisfied customer. I would definitely come back in the future, as well as reccommend this...

I went in today and bought me a distribution block. I noticed the store had alot of Memphis audio so I tested the owner(?) to see if he knew of an amp and subwoofers I have, and also, to see if he would try to scam me. He was an honest person and told me everything I already knew. HONESTY WINS in my world. 3 other places I’ve been to have lied to me and then have the audacity to ask if I wanted to sell my equipment for a low low low price.

I bought a refrigerator from these folks and it had issues within a few weeks of purchasing it. I have had 3 service calls on this and its been the same problem every time. I've been charged to repair it each time. You think they would be willing to make things right and but no. I do not recommend this...
