Fleet's Fitness Center — Attraction in Springfield Township

EDIT (6/24/25) in my first review, I focused on Harry’s (the owner) commitment to providing a quality gym for serious fitness buffs. I mentioned that the building was a little old but the gym itself was top notch. Not anymore……Harry moved the gym to a bigger, newer building (a former planet fitness….so you know it’s good sized). And NOW……this isn’t just the best gym in the area (it blows all the local gyms away), it’s the best gym in the state, and I’ve been to many gyms in my travels. I would put this gym up there with the best gyms in the country. Hands down. And if I know Harry, he isn’t done. He has a vision to be the GOAT….and he’s not far off. If you have ANY interest in fitness, this is the place for you. I'm more of a bodybuilder than powerlifter, so the plethora of dumbbells (3 sets ranging from 5 lbs to 150 lbs +, the most I've ever seen in a gym) and plate loaded Hammer Strength equipment makes it easy(er) to get my workouts in. Now if we can just get people off their phones so they're not tying up...

I flew into town & asked where is the best gym to train without the drama & was told by several go to Fleets Gym. I called and spoke w/ Harry, the Owner, & he said come on in. I have been training for a very long time, competed in Powerlifting for 14yrs & have been to very many gyms all across the US & this gym is definitely at the top of the real deal gyms. They have old school equipment, not old but old school, and the atmosphere in there makes you want to train even if you don’t feel like it that day. I want to say to Harry & staff I appreciate y’all letting me train in there for a few days & if I’m ever back in the area Fleets is my home gym for sure. Keep it up guys!...

Can’t say enough good things about this gym! Such a positive environment with so many great people. Harry is extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging; it is a great place to be whether you are an experienced lifter or just starting out. Tons of equipment. Definitely the best price around as well. They also sell meals, energy drinks, and supplements. Love this place! I have a handful of gyms closer to my house and still would rather make the drive to...
