Eye Candy — Attraction in Springfield

I've been to this store many times everyone is always so helpful and friendly. This was my son's favorite store. My son passed away in October of 2021 at the age of 21. He was a hat fanatic. In February of 2022 anticipating the reopening of Eye Candy and following Eye Candy's Facebook page I entered the hat wall contest and with a little help from upstairs I was 1of 2 winners. Well as life has it sometimes things have happened and I have not been able to make it to claim my hat. I live about 40 minutes away. My daughters went into Eye Candy today and explain the situation to them and the employees were so understanding and let them pick my hat. I'm beyond blessed! Not planning on returning to this store again, ever! Purchased a pair of earrings that were their “better quality” non costume jewelry located in the back of the store by the hats. First pair, the backs were stripped and wouldn’t stay on the earring. Okay, not a huge deal- I exchange them since there’s NO REFUNDS. Second pair, complete trash, the post was bent before it was even taken out of the case and my husbands ears are turning green where the jewelry sits. Who ever the tall mixed guy is that looks like he's wearing his girlfriends pants tries to make it a competition with other stores in the mall, not to mention this place sales their fake jewelry to special needs people as REAL jewelry, I mean come on yall that desperate? Everything in this store is knock-off and definitely not authentic. They scream at employees of other stores when their in there feelings about something. It's quite petty.
