Came in on a weekend night when they were short staffed. Tina was extremely helpful and absolutely amazing when it came to helping us find a mattress while being the only associate and helping out another couple. We waited over an hour and decided to come back later (which ended up with us losing out on the deal they had going on). We ended up buying the mattress later even without the deal since we absolutely loved it so we had a scheduled delivery date. Come delivery date and we never got our mattress. When I called the store they said it was put down for that date, but customer service was showing they only had 3 weeks out on delivery dates. The person I spoke to at the store said they’d figure out what happened and I asked that once he did, if he could have the manager call me. Over a week goes by and I haven’t gotten any information about my delivery. I called the following week and left a voicemail hours before they closed. Still no call and had to call myself again the following day. I was explained it was rare for my mattress to take this long and there’s nothing they can do about it. Also, a few excuses as to why they never contacted me. At that point I just wanted to cancel my order which they can’t even personally do since I paid cash and customer service has to handle refunds. It’s such a shame that this store has such great reviews about taking care of customers, and yet I was completely let down and extremely disappointed because it made it seem that all they cared about was getting my money and...
Read moreWe've had our bed for a little over a year and we've had nothing but problems for the past year. Sales in Springfield was great, they just worry about getting the sale then their job is done. I had tried customer service through the app and just kept getting the run around. Finally got a phone number to talk to a person and explain that the bed does not hold pressure or fills up too much, so called responsive air doesn't work, night light not working and bed not recording sleep sessions or recognizing when out of bed. Also the bed holds heat really bad and I'm guessing this is why they came out with the temperature control ones, that have fans blowing on it!!! First two people I spoke with wasted my time. The first guy just claimed to have fixed it with a baseline, um we'd done that on our own plenty times but okay. Next lady wanted to argue with me that it was because I had a fan blowing on it or a window open. Okay if your 10 thousand dollar bed won't work if a fan is blowing on it that's pretty messed up. Third lady was helpful and acknowledged all the things I was saying was wrong with it. We spent an hour testing the pump and pressure to find out the hoses were bad. She sent new hoses but they were the wrong size? Argh. Called again and still waiting on hoses. The original hoses were installed improperly and were cinched off by zip ties. So all this to say don't waste your money it's a WAY overpriced...

On year 3 of the bed. The same air chamber needs replaced and their “awesome” warranty won’t cover it. Now they want several hundred dollars to replace it. What a complete joke of a company. Avoid Sleep Number at all costs!!!!
I've had the bed a year and a half. One of the air chambers already needs replaced, and the frame is already bending. Had a service apt scheduled for 2/17 to replace an air chamber (which they made me pay for by the way) and replace the frame. I've been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment, and now am being told that I'm being rescheduled for 3/17. This is ridiculous. When you pay $5k for a bed, you don't expect to begin having problems within a year and a half, and when problems do arise, you certainly don't expect to have to wait 2 months to get them resolved. I will never shop with Sleep Number again, and would recommend taking your money elsewhere. Apparently price doesn't always mean quality in...
