Fusion Eatz- Tacos, Bowls & Wraps — Restaurant in Springfield

When we first visited Fusion Eats a few weeks ago, we were greeted by the most enthusiastic girl at the counter. We let her know that it was our first time there & she offered samples & gave excellent recommendations. We LOVED the food! I held off on reviewing the place because I wanted to try the açaí bowl so I knew we’d be back. Today we went back & I came prepared. (The portions are definitely shareable & last time we were too full to get an açaí bowl for dessert.) My daughter and I split the chicken tikka fusion bowl & the rainbow açaí bowl. Both were absolutely phenomenal. The same freshness in ingredients, hot food, excellent quality of chicken and produce. We have been blown away with the fusion bowl both times. *Today they had different staff, but it was the same excellence in food as well as service. The rainbow açaí bowl was so fresh & refreshing. All of the fruit was high quality & all of it looked beautiful. They definitely don’t skimp on the toppings either. The bowl was full to the lid! We also got the my fave açaí bowl and it was decent and fresh at the same time. This place is definitely a 2 for 2 10/10 for us! Fusion Eatz - Springfield, MO is a hidden secret you should know about. We ordered the Curry Bowl with Ground Beef & Tikka Tacos.

They have an Indian approach and the flavors are on point. I am excited to go back and try the sweet treats. They have açaí bowls and lots of fun options.

The Curry Bowl has some spice to it and I really enjoyed the flavor combinations. The rice was cooked great and I even went towards closing time. Can’t wait to try mid day.

The Tikka Chicken Tacos has a little heat to them as well and was a combination of Mexico meets India. For the mall, this place was on point.

I am back at Fusion Eatz - Springfield, MO. It is really good.

We just had some of the savory food. We had the taco chili bowl and the ground beef fusion bowl. They both were very good.

First time trying out this restaurant I got one of the commonly chosen items they had to offer, The Fusion Bowl(Chicken protein).

I'm judging this one three elements: flavor, appearance, and texture.

Flavor - It has a very colorful pallet with a mix of veggies, meats, and rice choice. It has a refreshing vibe and just enough spicy to give it a kick.

Appearance - The colors are well chosen and are very appealing to the eyes. A lot of time and effort is definitely shown in the meal as per the design and positioning of the food placement.

Texture - A lot of it has a very smooth texture with a little bit of crunch here and there due to the veggies. This is very easy to chew, and very pleasing to swallow.

Bonus - The service I got was phenomenal! A very authentic family making good food is something I enjoy most in Missouri, which is rarer than I'd like. The family is very nice, spoke very clear, and help tell me their best things and what I should try.

Overall - This is a wonderful place to get authentic food, and worth alone for the company of the family that...
