This is only the second time I've been to a Chick-fil-A. I had a really bad experience the first time and just never went back. I was there just before Christmas to get gift cards for my nieces and nephews on my lunch break from work. The young girl working the register didn't know how to ring out the gift cards and neither did a second employee so three different employees came up, rang up and canceled the transaction and rang it up again which ultimately led to one of the cards not actually getting activated so we're currently dealing with that with their service department. Thankfully I kept the gift receipts that you get with the gift card. Since I was already there and on my lunch break I decided to grab something real fast while I got the gift cards so I ordered a 12 piece grilled nuggets. That's it. Nothing fancy, nothing special just at 12 piece grilled nuggets. After over 10 minutes of waiting and watching every other customer that came after me get their food, I finally said something because I had to get back to work. Again they had to get the person who I am assuming was the supervisor for the day who went into the back and came out telling me it's going to be a few more minutes. It's already been nearly 15 minutes. I didn't know it took 20 minutes to cook grilled nuggets. So I had to get a refund and go back to work hungry. My order was about 12 minutes past the estimated ready time before Derek (found out later is the owner of this location) brings me my order.
Derek lectures me on how to do my job, even though I don't work for him. He then holds my order ransom while I am forced to play his unexpected game of check the order even though the bag is taped shut and its impossible to know whether he is giving me the correct order. Read moreSo I came here earlier today. I was craving some chicken fillet here. I usually come here every week or so, with no issues and my food is always great. But for some reason I don’t know what happened but the food was really bad today. My chicken was very so over cooked and greasy. And I mean never had this issue before nor ever happened to me before.
