Where do I even begin!? I found L.A. Formal in our mall just walking by. The lady at the front desk explained I can window shop but can make an appointment with my group where I have an option to upgrade for cocktails, drinks, and snacks, which I did for $40. I canât even explain how incredibly blown away I was when I arrived. Not only did the entire store feel like it was made just for me, but the staff made me feel that way as well! From the moment we walked in the door I felt like their bestfriend! They asked me what I liked, which I was unsure of, so we tried a little bit of everything. They had multiple rooms of dresses with a huge selection. I had about 8 girls, as well as the owner and her daughter, there to help me and wait on my bridal party and family. They made us mimosas, we had wine, a charcuterie board, and cookies. The place is GORGEOUS! The girls listened and were so attentive! I highly recommend requesting Reese, she was just amazing and so sweet! After trying on about 5 dresses, and explaining what I didnât like, she went out while I was talking and showing off the dress I had on, and pulled another dress off the wall and put it in my dressing room, which surprised me. She said I just had to try it on, and let me tell you, it was THE ONE! I cried, everyone cried. It was emotional, it fit me perfect, it was beautiful. LA Formal was the second place I looked at.. and Iâd be lying if said I was expecting to find my dress there. I figured it was another short lived mall store, but Iâm telling you this place far exceeded my expectations! I found my dream dress today and could not be any more thankful for this place and their staff! They also have this awesome 360 camera and I got an amazing video in my dress!! I could go on and as long as this is, Iâve shortened it! Tell your friends, tell your family, and make this a first stop! You will not be disappointed! Thank you, ladies, for your time and support and for an amazing experience I will...
Read moreLA Formals and Bridal went above and beyond to help my daughter, get her dream Homecoming dress. My daughterâs dress was not available in our state in the color(pink) and size she wanted. I purchased the dress three times online only to have the order canceled, because they didnât have the dress anymore. The dress was an Amarra brand dress and using their website, I started to look for the dress all over the United States. I saw that LA Bridal and Formals carried the dress on the Amarra website. I made a phone call and instantly knew I had contacted the right person. She wasnât even at her store yet, but she was taking care of me. The owner went to the store, even though it wasnât opening for a few more hours, to see if she still had the dress in stock in the color and size we needed. She didnât have the dress in the size I thought I wanted. She sent me videos and pictures of other options. She also knew the designer at Amarra and personally called to see if they still had any of the dresses that had not been sent out. They did not have any in the color and size that my daughter wanted. She kept sending me pictures and videos of different dresses in the color my daughter wanted. She did have the style of Amara dress my daughter wanted in a different shade of Pink, one size smaller. I sent her a picture of my daughter in the Amarra dress in a different color in the size I thought she needed, to see if she thought my daughter could wear the smaller size. The owner had enough expertise she could tell from the pictures that the smaller size would work! She shipped us the dress in a beautiful Hot Pink Amarra box and the dress was wrapped in a beautiful Pink scarf! My daughter loved the dress in the different shade of Pink better than the one she originally wanted. It is beautiful!! Even though we live in a different state, due to great expertise and customer service my daughter has her...

My daughter and I visited this boutique recently to shop for a formal dress, excited for a special experience.
At first, the staff greeted us politely. But things quickly went downhill.
While my daughter was in the fitting room, one employee told another to move her wallet âjust in case someone might steal it.â We were the only customers in the store. That comment felt completely unnecessary and unprofessional. It immediately made us uncomfortable.
Shortly after, all three employees gathered together, whispering and laughing repeatedly. Again, since we were alone, it was impossible not to feel like we were the subject of their conversation. Whether or not that was the case, the timing and tone made it feel intentionalâand it was deeply unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, it felt like we were being profiled. Many other customers carried designer purses and wore high-end fashion. I was dressed more casually. That should never impact the way a customer is treatedâbut unfortunately, the behavior suggested otherwise.
Shopping for a special dress should feel exciting, memorable, and joyfulâespecially in a boutique where dresses start at $300+. Instead, we left feeling judged and undervalued. Professionalism and respect should never be optional in customer service. Sadly, that standard was completely missing here. Whats even worse is she loved the dress and was ready to purchase but we decided against it for this reason.
Iâm sharing this in detail because many families save up for these moments, and everyone deserves to feel welcomedânot judgedâwhen spending their money in a...
