I came here after a friend strongly recommended me this place. I had previously been taking my old car to another place where things always felt sketchy. So, with that in mind, I really wanted a place where I could feel both parties have the common interest of a win-win situation. I want reliable work with a respectful interaction. And that's what you get here. I totally recommend trusting your car to this place. Just remember that being a customer doesn't mean you are entitled to be disrespectful. Bring respect and that will open a door to a trustable place where you will definitely be in good hands.

As dishonest a shop as you will ever find. For oil changes DO NOT ever go here. They add additives without disclosing it to the customer that may cause your car to stall or be permanently damaged. I only found out after my car stalled immediately after the oil change and I had it towed to another mechanic who informed me of what they did. Called Pit Stop and they admitted to it and said it was standard practice and any problems with my car from it was my problem. I should've known since as I pulled out the oil completely leaked from the bottom of my car as they put the wrong oil filter in and had to replace it and redo the oil...

I have taken my vehicle here for oil changes and repairs and everytime I come in the guys here are so friendly, accommodating, and fast. They know their stuff and they haven't once tried to pull one over on me or overcharge me like other places have in the past, which is why I will keep coming back. In fact, so far I have payed less than other places have either quoted or charged me. And they don't just tell you what needs to be done they take the time to show you on your car and explain the why's and how's.
