To ownership of the cross roads mall:
“Whether you have reasonable grounds for a lawsuit against the mall depends on several factors, including the laws in your jurisdiction and the specifics of the situation. Generally, property owners (like mall owners) have a duty to provide a reasonably safe environment for their visitors. If the mall was aware of previous violent incidents and failed to take adequate security measures—such as installing security cameras—that could potentially be seen as negligence.
Key points to consider:
Duty of Care: Did the mall owe you a duty to protect you from foreseeable harm? Breach of Duty: Did the mall fail to take reasonable steps to prevent such harm (e.g., by not installing cameras despite prior incidents)? Causation: Can it be shown that the mall’s failure contributed to the inability to identify or apprehend the attacker? Damages: You have suffered harm (medical bills, emotional distress, etc.).
If the mall’s negligence can be proven, you might have grounds to seek compensation for your medical bills and...
Read moreEven with a few new stores this mall is a dinosaur. There are some stores you expect like Target, Penny’s, Macy’s, H&M, Victoria’s Secret, and Spencer’s, there are too many low-end (and often temporary) stores. And, the food court is the hottest of messes.
The upside is there is a new ice cream counter that serves decent American grill foods, and, there is a fresh food counter that serves wraps and smoothies. But, it’s downhill from there. Two Asian food counters that serve full plates of highly processed goop; and an overpriced Sbarro’s with an always dirty pay station, and workers that refuse to hand you a soda that isn’t overflowed and sticky on the cup.
The Subway is the worst I’ve ever seen. Definitely runs like a nickel and dime franchise. My kids like the kids meal modified to have a spicy Italian sandwich, but at this location that’s a no-go. They run out of things often (etc. ice tea). On top of everything, it’s dirty with...
Read moreI really have a bad experience with the store Mist. The first time I was keep telling an asian woman who works in there, she keep putting me L and XL size and tell her that the dresses that she give me was too big from XL to L and I'm a M. I keep telling the woman and still. Today I go with my friends just to look, and women ask us if we want to buy something. We say we're just looking, and then she goes with friends to make us buy jewelry that I understand that ( this one woman was short and black hair). I moved to the area of the kids because I was looking for a dress for my little sister, my friend touched and she doesn't say anything but when I was going to touched she tell to not do it that she can do it for me (I'm puerto rican and my friends are americans) and she doesn't let me to but my friends yes. I'm never going to go over there to...
