The staff here were very friendly. I went in with a vague description of "unique item" to find for someone and did a bit of searching. I found what I was looking for and a paired item to go with it. When checking out, the associate ringing me up let me know about their reusable shopping bags and how the company donates to the Arbor Foundation when you purchase one of their reusable bags. I’m in the store shopping , A black guy and his girlfriend walks in and the lady with the red hair immediately yells at him before they were even good and inside the store “you’re not allowed in this store” he was genuinely confused as so was the girlfriend. The employee with the red hair was EXTREMELY rude and super nasty to him. She just kept yelling at them as they walked the store. This poor level of professionalism just shouldn’t be accepted. Went in with my daughter a week ago and 2 teenage girls were at the front talking and one looked at me said "you need a mask to come in here", so I took out my mask and she replied "that's not a mask (it was) so I took out another mask, put it on and went in. Those girls never said a kind word, never asked if we needed help, didn't even interact with the other customers-just stood and talked. Everyone left without buying anything at that time and no one was acknowledged by the employees. Very rude! I drove over 2 hours to shop...
