Just joined #CrossfitHappyStreets with my partner about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Happy Streets was just what we needed to get us back into fitness and back into healthier practices for our mind, body, and soul. My partner and I have 2 different levels of experience in crossfit, so there is a beginning "on ramp" to build a foundation and then regualr crossfit thereafter. They use the wodify app to sign up for classes typically 10-12 people max per class and more for Sunday yoga, which is 🔥 after a week of training! The owners are all warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and everything feels community driven. All of the members have also been kind and encouraging. Crossfit really feels like family. The atmosphere is clean, organized, and well taken care of. You are paying for a membership and a service, and the people at Happy Streets set the bar high. 2 single person bathrooms, complimentary water filter and bottled, and some snacks available, too. Brian, owner, even asked what I might need that he could supply the gym with for low blood sugars since I have Type 1 Diabetes. So they really do go above and beyond. Parking has been a non issue, we always seem to find a spot on the street. Overall, I give crossfit happy streets a 10 out of 10. Go stop in; check it out online; the first class is free!

I’ve been to over 20 different CrossFit boxes when traveling the past 10 years and I can say that CrossFit Happy Streets was the best experience I’ve had anywhere. The coaching was phenomenal the entire week of classes. Great technique work, attention to detail, high energy, great strategy, motivation. It was awesome. The warm ups were great. The whole class was run very efficiently. The gym was super clean. Great equipment. Rogue equipment everywhere. Wright barbells that have great spin. People were very friendly and engaging. I definitely recommend with 5 stars. Will be back anytime I’m in St Louis!

I dropped in here while visiting STL and absolutely loved the vibe. It's a pretty small gym, but has everything you'd need. Even with a small class, there was soooo much contaguous energy from coach Brian that made for a fun class/workout. The art on the walls definitely matches the energy. They'll blast some good music too. Coaching was great; he focused on the fine details of each movement as we warmed up/prepped for the workout. Cool people all-around.. this is definitely one of my favorite gyms I've dropped in to-date!

I recently had the pleasure of joining Happy Streets and I can confidently say that it has been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey.

Brian and Alli are simply amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to help you achieve your fitness goals. Their dedication to the members is evident in the way they approach each workout and provide personalized feedback and modifications to help you improve your form and technique.

What I appreciate most about this gym is the community. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive of each other, regardless of your fitness level. It's truly a positive and uplifting environment where you feel motivated to push yourself to your limits.

Overall, I highly recommend Happy Streets to anyone who is looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally, while being part of an amazing community. The coaches, equipment, and atmosphere are top-notch, and you won't find a better gym to achieve your...

While passing through St. Louis I joined a local CrossFit gym, Happy Streets. I attended for about 3 months or so. I was instantly impressed with the high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The coach that I had in the afternoons, Bryan, was very knowledgeable, encouraging and did an amazing job creating that unique atmosphere of community that we all hope to find at a local box. He did a good job of encouraging you to push yourself, but making sure you did it in a safe way at the same time. The members themselves were very welcoming and had a great time training with many of them. The workout programming I found to offer a good mix of movements while also providing that perfect ratio of challenges and recovery. Some days you grind, some days you take it down a notch. In closing, I have to say that I honesty couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely a gym I’d recommend joining. 5 Star...
