Get Plugged, LLC — Attraction in St. Louis

The owners of this shop are more than amazing! The conversation when you walk in the door from the get go feels like you’ve been friends with them your whole entire life! The ambiance, the environment, the customer service, the product knowledge, etc. are all phenomenal and for lack of better words are far-few-and in between hard to come by.

It is a small store with a big impact on the Cherokee neighborhood and community. They welcome everybody, treat everyone the same and I HIGHLY respect the owners.

No matter what your “fancy” may be...They have e-juice, gloves, incense, hats, clothing, body jewelry, mood enhancement supplements, to name a few...pretty much anything you would want that is out of the ordinary from the “average Joe” shop they will have. And if you don’t see it, just ask one of the guys, I’m sure they have it somewhere within those 4 walls!

I live and work in the neighborhood. They are a small business with big heart. I stop by just to hang out for a few, partake in some interesting conversation and leave laughing with a smile on my face. I meet some of the nicest people there and none of them give a sh*t about your age, color, ethnicity, etc.

Skywalker has been in business for a minute, so they’re not one of those fly by night shops that’s just there to take your cash and dash. They are a staple to the Cherokee neighborhood, I’m glad that I stumbled across these guys and their shop and you will be...

This place was great when I first discovered them last year. I don't know what happened, but they said they don't do Veteran discounts anymore and I purchased a few terp sprays. I get home to find that the lady gave me empty containers. I didn't notice until I got home, because they grab the stuff for you out the display cases and she bagged everything up for me. I live 20 minutes away, once I was home I just took it as an L. But, how can you grab something out of the case and not be able to tell that it's empty. They were missing the whole bottle of spray. Probably cause she was too busy with her face buried in that cellphone.

The manager there is unbelievably rude and has no idea what good customer service looks like. I waited 2 minutes before being helped, he never even bothered to say hi and when i asked to see a bowl he put it on the counter and walked away! I asked if there were any other head shops around and he said he didn't know even though there was one next door as I found out. I walked out and bought a bowl at the other place. I called back to talk to a manager and sadly thy guy who waited on me was he. He told me I was rude!!! This guy is really something else and I WILL NEVER GO...
